Well, that's the third competition I'm missing in a row, unfortunately. I can't finish my Sparity fic in time for Pia's contest.
Teaching with ME/CFS is enough of a drain, but writing dramatic personal stories is too much stress at the same time. Plus, I've had a neck muscle pulled for about a week now.
Hello, new friend!
This means I have several projects now currently floating in midair:
- The Sparity fic I just mentioned (title withheld for now: Drama, Romance, Sad(?)/Dark(?)).
- The sequel to The Third Pony I was working on (The Unwelcome Wagon: Drama, Romance, Slice of Life) for the StarTrixMaud thing. I might pull out some of the romance now, not sure.
- The submission I had planned for the Striptember incest contest (Putting It On: Dark, Drama, Tragedy—mostly a psychological piece).
- Several epics or mini-epics that I've been working on for years: one starring Spike waking up in an Equestria he doesn't recognize and has to fix, one as a sequel to Back to Normal, and one called The Razor of Dreams (yes, from the Daring Do story but not an Adventure) with an ensemble cast predominantly focused on mages. I think I want Starlight to lead up this one.
- A mystery about pegasi falling to their deaths, investigated by Starlight and Dash.
- A collab with a famous brony musician for one of his songs.
- Some comedies in terrible taste. No, Present, these are not going on the front burner.
- Updates to about five incomplete stories that still exist.
That's okay, Trick. Take your time. Sounds like you have a bunch of good stories in the works, and we can wait until you're up to writing them.

Hey, stuff happens when it happens. Goodness knows I have a variety of projects at various stages of completion.
