What would A Rather Large Adventure look like if I de-pony-ified it?

If this question has been on your mind, fear not. Tomorrow, I will release in a blog my general outline for what this particular book series would look like. I have a very good feeling it can succeed in the book market if given a shot in a few years.

For me, personally, what clicked in my mind the most regarding the series being de-ponified are that it'd focus on humans, but it would take place in an entirely fictional sort of world. Kinda like Star Wars.

I've frequently had a distinct feeling in my gut saying that the roles Freedom, Noble, and Firestorm have in the story would pretty much be retained. I only wish I could figure out what roles the rest of the characters would have.
