Interview Rp Style
Nailah as Snow Heart
Gay for Gadot as Princess Cadance

Snow Heart

Snow Heart booked a train to the crystal empire. Her special somepony told her he had a surprise waiting. Snow didn't know what it was, or why he kept spoiling her, but she was excited. So excited, she bumped right into some pony trying to get off the train.

Cadance

"Oh sorry!" Princess Cadance laughed and steadied herself, almost whacking another innocent train-goer with her wing. "Didn't see you there!" She stretched a forehoof out to greet the pony she'd almost knocked over. "Welcome to the Crystal Empire! And you are?"

Snow Heart

"I'm Snow Heart, and why are you..." she began, quickly seeing who it was she bumped into. She folded her bat wings against her sides, blushing slightly. A Princess. Snow Heart had never really met any other Princesses, would she find her weird? Being a baticorn? She fidgeted nervously.

Cadance

Noting the visitor's nervousness, Cadance just smiled warmly and kept her forehoof out. "Nice to meet you, Snow Heart. I'm Princess Cadence. What brings you here to our humble city?"

Snow Heart

"I'm here to meet my boyfriend Azure. He said something about a surprise, but he didn't tell me where or when. So I guess I'll be finding out soon enough. But oh Celestia. I never thought I'd meet a real Princess. Wow. Um...Princess Cadance, could I call you Cadance for short? Or is that impolite?"

Cadance

With a gentle smile, Cadance nodded. "Sure, all my friends call me Cadance!" She started to lead Snow Heart away from the busy train platform, where many ponies were either disembarking or waiting for the next train. "Well, if he didn't tell you where or when, maybe we should try looking around? The Crystal Empire is rather small, but I'd hate for you to get lost."

Snow Heart

Wait, was the Princess saying they were friends? She tried to hide an excited screeeeeeeeeeee. Snow Heart followed along after her. "Sure, that'd be wonderful. Um, he's an earth pony, blue fur, white mane and tail, and he usually wears a collar with like gems embedded in it. His cutie mark is the Aquarius sign." Snow explained. "Oh but um while we walk, maybe I could ask you some questions? I've never had a chance to talk with a Princess about well...my wings." she shifted her wings closer to her barrel, almost like she hated them.

Cadance

As the two of them left the station and headed into the city, Cadance looked over to see Snow Heart looking rather shyly at her from the corner of her eye. While she kept her eyes peeled for the stallion she'd described, she cast a concerned glance towards the batpony. "Of course, Snow Heart. Go ahead."

Snow Heart

Snow Heart fidgeted, trembling. She needed to be confident. "Tell me Cadance, who are you and what got you into mlp?" asked Snow Heart, as her eyes darted from side to side, looking for Azure.

Cadance

"Hmmm..." For a moment, Cadance thought she saw a blue Earth pony walking by, but it was a Crystal stallion instead. She gave him a wave before answering Snow Heart's question. "Well, I've been a fan of the little ponies for quite some time. Since near the inception of the fandom, actually. As for who I am?" She flashed a smile. "There's not much to be say. Just someone who has some stories to tell she'd like to share. And some she'd like to read, too, of course!"

Snow Heart

(Back, sorry for delay had to walk the dog)
"I see. I must admit, I didn't get into the fandom myself until Season five was new. I used to think ponies were you know for little girls. Turns out I was wrong, and I've been hooked ever since." replied Snow as she saw the stallion too but it wasn't him. Her bat ears drooped slightly, pouting* "Who is best pony?"

Cadance

"Many think that way, I'm afraid. They're missing out," Cadance said with a chuckle. "While all of the main ponies have their strong points, I would have to say... And I know this is controversial..." Cadance brought a forehoof to her mouth, as if sharing a secret. "Applejack is best pony." A beat. "And Starlight Glimmer, a close second."

Snow Heart

"Oh really? Hmm...Here I thought it might be the pony you represented. For me it's Rainbow Dash, hoofs down. But Applejack is a close, very close second." replied Snow Heart as she thought back to her beginnings. How she had started as a simple unicorn that looked like Rainbow with her cyan fur. Now her fur was more dark blue, like Trixie's. How that happened, she didn't know. She herself still questioned if she deserved her wings. What had she done to deserve them? She had certainly done a good job of being a bad big sister to her younger sister Frost...She sulked slightly, but perked up thinking she saw Azure, but it was only a shadow.*
"Cadance, what inspires you to write?"

Cadance

Although Snow Heart seemed to have a lot on her mind, Cadance decided not to question further. She seemed to be distracting herself by asking other questions, along with looking for her coltfriend. They were about halfway through the city now, making way towards the Crystal Palace. "Well, of course I like this form, too," she said, making a little bit of a Changeling joke," as she has her own admirable qualities. But the others are simply the best in my view. To your second question..." Her eyes swept about the bustling city, soon turning from fall to winter. Many happy pony couples passed her by, hoof and hoof, without a care in the world. "Beyond the canon adventures of the ponies, I would say real life does. Just things I feel can be worth talking about, or exploring, through the act of writing. Catharsis, sometimes, yes, but just having a world of my own I can create and explore. You can learn a lot that way."

Snow Heart

Snow Heart listened eagerly. She was really wishing she had brought her notepad right about now. She nodded along, as she absorbed, gained wisdom from a fellow Princess. Changeling? Hahaha. Good joke she thought to herself. However, she had much on her mind, so much to ask, and with no sign of Azure yet, she figured it couldn't hurt "What advice might you give a new writer, just starting out for the first time?"

Cadance

That made Cadance pause. "Well..." She wasn't quite sure if she was in a position of authority on this, though she appreciated the flattery. "'Practice makes perfect,' is an axiom for a reason. You don't have to necessarily set out to write stories to practice writing. Even writing things for school or work is an opportunity to learn structure, grammar, and voice." She gestured towards some ponies who were sitting outside a cafe, scribbling on notepads or reading the morning paper. "Plus, study the work of others. What works, what doesn't. Practice different styles until you find something that suits and fits you. And don't be afraid to fail." This, in Cadance's experience, what was not only held ponies back from writing, but from almost anything that was within their reach—if they only looked hard enough. "After all," she said with an almost sly grin, "if you learn the rules well enough, you can learn when, and how to break them. And that makes writing even more fun."

Snow Heart

Snow Heart nodded. The Princess was so intelligent, so beautiful, so confident in herself. Could she be like that too? All this doubt, all the wishing she never got these wings. Was it all in her head? She paused, before she saw Azure waving in the distance. However, she wasn't done asking questions. She knew he'd wait for her
"Oh there he is. But I do have just a few more questions before I go. Besides writing, what hobbies do you enjoy?"

Cadance

"Oh, hello there!" Cadance waved over at Azure, who happily waved back. Then, she turned back to the eager batpony. "Nothing beats spending time with those I love. Friends, family. Especially in times like this." She let those words linger a bit before she continued, "Beyond that, music, travel, nature. Card and board games. Some video stuff too, though not as much. Celestia knows we all have had too much screentime lately." She chuckled. "Anything else?"'

Snow Heart

"Hmm..." Snow Heart pondered. "Let's turn the tables shall we. Before I go, you may ask me one question, but you only get one." smirked Snow Heart, for the first time since they met, she was grinning toothishly, like an excited filly on Hearthswarming eve. Seeing her special stallion made her so full of joy, warmth, love, and just overall made it hard not to run into his embrace. But she didn't want to be rude to her guest.

Cadance

Seeing the two be so excited to see each other made Cadance smile and clap her forehooves together. Ah, it was good being the Princess of Shipping, sometimes. "I get to ask you a question, hmm?" She thought it over for a moment, before something popped into her head. "If I were to read a story of yours, what would you suggest? What are you the most proud of?"

Snow Heart

That was a tough one. Really tough. She thought about it long and hard, but only one story came to mind "My best story isn't a romance, nor is it fluff, but it is my best piece of writing I ever put to paper. It's called Try. I wrote a blog about the "behind the scenes" to the making of Try, but I was feeling like an utter failure as a writer, like everything I wrote wasn't good enough. Winning isn't important, I know that, but it's hard to see every other pony succeed, and you're just sorta there. It hurt like a blade through my heart. So I'm gotta go with my heart and say Try. Just um, don't read it if you don't like sad things."

"If fluff is more your thing, probably Reflections is by far my best piece of work that isn't sad." with that she looked to Cadance one last time. "Could we um be friends? It would be nice to stop hating my wings. Maybe you could help?"

Cadance

"Well, it certainly sounds like a story that you put your heart and soul into. I don't mind sad stories at all. There's a season for everything, and a story too, right?" She offered an encouraging nod. "It can be difficult when we don't get the recognition we feel we deserve. My advice in that regard is always to make sure you are happy with it first. That it served whatever purpose it needed, and you only wanted to share it afterwards. And I'll be sure to comment on Try, and Reflections, as well, when I get around to them. I can be a bit busy, after all, but I always... try my best," she added, winking. "And of course we can be friends! I'll try to help you any way that I can."

Snow Heart

Snow Heart embraced the Princess without thinking and screeed. She could hear Azure calling to her.

"Nai-Nai, come on it's time for...." the last part she couldn't hear.

"Thanks for doing this with me. It's been a pleasure. Oh and I'll be sure to read your stories too! When I get a chance. I am quite busy with my new mansion. But I don't mind setting time aside for my friends." and with that, Snow trotted over and embraced Azure once more.
