    Revised Harmony Spirits

I wanted a full set of these with proper art, so with permissions from mauroz, here they are. A couple effects have been tweaked to be consistent with modern vernacular in the card game and for my own better understanding of card design and balancing, and I also added a new "Tier 1.5" form for Twilight so she can have her own Fusion outside the ace monster, and finally added Sunset as a

Let's talk about how the first six chapters became "part one".

I've really enjoyed writing this story, setting up the characters and the world they live in has been a lot of fun. I really feel like I've given you some distinct, likeable ponies who are grounded in canon but also given me enough room to build them out as I like.

That said, this story has moved far slower than I intended. I DO have plot things to happen, I've pages of notes on this story. But they can't happen at the pace the story has been going. The worldbuilding and character has been fun but it has come at the cost of narrative pacing.

The best way I feel to adjust course is to consider all that has happened so far "part one" now that a week has past and the characters are established. Part Two will pick up after a timeskip of a month or so and plot stuff will actually happen, I promise. To be clear, the story will continue under the same posting, Part Two won't be a new story. But you can think of these first six chapters as a long prologue to the actual narrative I want to tell.

As well, I want to take a break from the story. Not because I'm tired of it, but I've simply got some other things I wanna do and be able to do them without worrying about putting out a chapter every month. And I want to give these ideas time to simmer so when I return to writing I can write the best story this thing can be.

I hope you've enjoy what's been posted so far, if you've been putting off reading it now is a time to catch up, and if you're bored by the lack of actual plot happening beyond the friendships of the group, you're not the only one but I promise, Part Two will be a lot more exciting. We open with a teacher getting murdered! Well, not really, but point is it'll be cool!

I will see you all in the autumn, everybrony.

I'm still enjoying it. I can dig it with a slow burn as long as I find the characters interesting. Which I do!

Quite enjoying it Drakey, so if you need to step away, I'm not going to complain.

I'm glad the pace will pick up after you come back to this. I'm interested in the story, but the pace, especially in these last chapters, has been glacial.

That said, this story has moved far slower than I intended.

Yea, I can see that.
