I wrote a Discord (the app, not the lord of chaos) ficlet in a server, and since I don't think I'll ever bother to write it out properly as a fic, I'll just paste it here.
Premise is: "I don't want to deal with your drama! Why does everything have to be dramatic all the time? Why can't you just be serious!" says Twilight to Rarity in the middle of a fight. Rarity decides to take it to heart.

SO THE FIC STARTS

or something suitably dramatic
and Twilight just explodes
Well, if that's really the solution you want, then go ahead, Rarity!
and Raritys like what, no, I was--
What? Being dramatic? Like always? I'm tired of it! Why does it all have to be dramatic all the time? Your drama constantly interrupting my routine and now even our fights?! Why can't you just be serious?!
and Raritys like wow ok.
uhm.

anyway so
Raritys like okay well fine i guess this is where it ends.
and she turns around and leaves the room
tears in her eyes
and Twilights like
great.
great.

and so time passes
an hour or so
and the guilt creeps in
the guilt at things said she didnt mean
or well meant a little but
urgh
so she seeks Rarity out and finds that the door to rarity study in closed
so she goes to the kitchen and grabs a spoon from a drawer
she'll just go in there
find rarity sobbing over ice cream
and about how everything is ruined
and she'll step in, show her lil spoon, and ask if she might join in
and then they'll make up and itll be fine
so Twilight goes to the room
knocks
and Rarity says, in somewhat normal sounding voice, "Come in."
and so Twilight comes in but rather than find rarity
sobbing over ice cream on her couch
she finds her at her desk
eyes red yes
but
nothing else
doing crossword puzzles
and twis like
oh wow okay this wasnt what i was expecting
so rarity turns to look to her
"Can I help you?"
and again
calm
a little sad
but
normal sad
and so Twilight quickly ditches her spoon and says
well
shes sorry
about the fight
and the things she said
and Rarity kinda glances back to her crossword puzzle
then back to Twilight
and shes like
well.
I'm sorry too.
I really.
I really didn't know it was such an issue for you.
and Twilights like no it isnt! just
sometimes.
i mean.
sometimes it is.
but its fine.
i love you despite that
despite the drama
and Rarity kinda nods
and says
All right.
and Twilight's like All right?
All right, Rarity repeats.
and so the next day rolls around
things are still a little tense
but twi's trying her best to lighten the mood
shes with rarity who is working on a dress
and the sewing machine breaks
and twilight sees this as an opportunity to try and joke around a little

and Rarity smiles and says
I'll go get my other sewing machine.
and then goes off and does that.
and Twilights like
oh

and it keeps happening
for the days and days to come
Raritys always pleasant
always nice
sometimes sarcastic
but never theatric
no more exagerrated anythings
until finally Twilight goes to her one day like
Rarity are you mad at me?
and Rarity, genuinely surprised, says that no, she isnt!
why would she be?
and twi's like
i
i,
i mean.
a feeling i got.
i guess.
are you sure theres nothing wrong?
and rarity shakes her head, no darling, everything is quite all right.
and smiles and kisses twilight on the nose
and goes on her way
and twilights like what the fuck

A drama free Rarity? Say it isn't so. Still, she could be that 'drama' free around Twilight and then step it up a notch with the other girls. When Twilight goes to them for advice about the 'no drama' Rarity, they will just look at her likes she is crazy as from their point of view, Rarity is more dramatic than ever.

You should just post the story as is
My vote would be to make it an actual story, where the story is told through some Discord-like app. Maybe by the rest of the Mane 6 gossiping or something. but having the 'medium' be a chat site would be hilarious.

Still, you are a great author and I admire you and your work a lot. Recognizing you are more hardworking and better than me at this isn't a bad thing. It gives me something to aspire to, right?
As for the comment about the cave and me becoming a hermit while chasing some ineffable kind of perfection in art, proper romance is one of my weaknesses, otherwise I would have written down that CheeriPie (or is it PinkieLee?) story sitting in my mental drawer. One day, maybe...
Oh, and at the beginning of your storylet, I hadn't read properly the context and was thinking that Twilight and Rarity were fighting some villain. For some reason the idea of Rarity being very dramatic while doing it and Twilight discussing the issue while dealing out magic bolts or friendship-rays made perfect sense to me.

Actually I think this is one of the most important RariTwi ideas you've had, and I think it'd really benefit from being made into a 'proper' story and published. Because I can certainly see Rarity's overly-dramatic tendencies being her biggest flaw in Twilight's eyes, and the thing Twilight would need to get over to date her, and I like how openly this addresses that. I think it's probably the biggest problem (stupid, wrong) people have with Rarity as a character, in fact, so it sounds like something worth responding to.
You know what a good adaptation of this would be?
A comic. I'm gonna do a comic. (If you're okay with that, of course!)
