Five Year Annivarsary & My Little Girl Sequel · 8:40pm Jul 2nd, 2019
Dear Bronies and Pegasisters,
five years ago from today, I decided to get an account on FIMFiction to post my own stories. When I started out, I didn't have high expectations for gaining any followers or feedback on my stories. Since then, however, I found that many people were indeed interested in the ideas I was exploring, and were able to come into contact with a few writers that I look up to and respected. I have learned how to improve my writing, and as a bonus, I was able to make a dream of mine come true on this site: gain an audience.
I doubt that saying a simple thank you would cover the encouragement that all of you gave me to continue to write. Of the novels, novellas and short stories that have inspired others, even when I may never see them. Of giving me a voice and confidence to write whatever stories I wanted to tell. I know saying thank you for staying with me for the past five years probably wouldn't be enough, but it will have to due.
So, in gratitude of that, I am going to give you, my readers, something that has been long overdue. In case you haven't heard, I have released and currently working on a sequel to "My Little Girl," (the story that put me on the map) about Faust and her daughter in Equestria called "My Little World." For this month, I will entirely focus on this story until I see its completion. This is my way of saying thank you, my 564 followers, for shaping the writer that I am today.
With gratitude,
Your fellow writer,
- CrackedInkWell.
