First three chapters of In the broad daylight re-edited. · 4:27pm May 10th, 2019

So my editor and I were actually going to do a re-edit of my older pony stories a year ago or something, up to the point she officially started editing for me full time. However, because I can be scatterbrained sometimes, we only got up to chapter 3 of In the Broad Daylight, then again chapter 3 was the one I was most eager to revisit and revise.

Then of course I managed to completely forget it. However, I have finally replaced the first three chapters of In the Broad Daylight with the edited versions, especially chapter 3, which finally has Tango and Mulberry, the police ponies, named and presented far more properly than they originally were.

I am going to have to approach my editor to see if she is still interested in continuing the re-edit project.

And...just for the record, if anypony is curious, yes I did say I'd be happy to take up that job again. Not sure why, but I think in some small way it motivates me to get to writing again myself. I have cranked out three stories since we had confirmation King Sombra was returning to this new season. We've known for at least a year, year-and-a-half that it was always a possibility when the new season storyboards surfaced, but by then I had been so depressed that it seemed he'd never return I had completely given up all hope. When they announced this was the last season, that was that, I was at once resigned to it and let go of it to focus on making him live on in my own ponyverse and of course, latching on to him as he was done by my favorite authors, Askre and the mighty Boomstick Mick.

So yeah, this was a bit longer than I expected to write, but we are back on the edit Broad Daylight train and hopefully it'll be completed this time around
