If I was watching anything to do with League Of Legends, THAT would make sense to me. But not only do I not have any interest in LoL whatsoever, that advert makes me NEVER want to play the game in my life. There was ONE time this month when I got a different advert; it was another LoL ad, but it was narrated by a women with the most adorable voice I've heard in a long time. Oh god, you would have laughed at my goofy smile when I heard her voice. Hearing her voice instead of HE WHO MUST NOT BE NAMED's voice...it made me believe in Heaven, man. My problem is those first words though; "Life is meaningless and Death approaches." Now I'll admit I have a bit of a mental problem, besides Aspergers, so I interpret certain things I hear differently to other people. That said, whenever HIS advert plays, before the video allows me to skip it, I will always hear him say, "Life is meaningless and Death approaches," and...when I hear it for the 150th time - Yes, I am such a sad bastard I counted! - it REALLY grates on me. It ends up like, the advert is telling me nothing I do matters at all.
Yeah it's dumb, but it is how I feel. I wouldn't have a problem if the advert didn't keep playing. Jesus Christ, I can't get away from this thing. I'm cursed. I must be. How else is it that it plays almost EVERY VIDEO!

It's worse when you hear nothing else but those words hundreds of times over for nearly two months in a row. Before you commented, I've had the god damn advert play three times in the past 20 minutes, in three out of four videos I have on autoplay. I'm listening to game reviews, which might explain why the ad popped up this time, but still - are there no other games to advertise? At this point, I despise Nevercake, and I don;t want anything to do with LoL. And the sad thing about it is that I actually watched some of those cinematic trailers for LoL. I watched Jinx's trailer, and the one for that little mummy character, and I thought the game was interesting. Then this bloody advert comes along and the constant repetitive playing of the ad just drove me batshit crazy, and depressed me as well with that opening line. Imagine someone telling you repeated that anything you do means nothing, and keeps reminding you of your mortality. That is what this ad does to me. I may be complaining about nothing, but to me it is a big deal.
I keep getting told to get Ad Block...but there were adverts I felt deserved attention. Ads I feel deserved to be watched. There was this one advert that has popped up ONCE, and it was for a song called 'Magic'. It had a really cool beat to it, but I didn't get the name of the band that sang the song, and because it has only appeared ONCE, and I never got the name of the band, I can't find the song because there's soooooo many songs with the same name. There has been ONE ad that was different so far, and it was the other LoL advert I've mentioned in an previous comment here, the one done by the woman. I know she sounds like a little girl but I'm willing to bet it's voice acting. Either way, it's a welcome change and she makes me want to give the game a try. She gives more explanation of the game and that voice is something I could listen to for ages. It's cute, it's polite and it's way less intrusive, and it doesn't make me feel insignificant. Now THAT is an advert I can listen to on repeat. The cute little chuckle at the end of the ad gets me every time. I love it. Why they kept HIS advert going baffles me. I hate HIS advert so much.
Don't get me wrong; I'd rather see more than those damn LoL adverts, but if I must listen and/or see them all the time, I don't want some asshole making me feel bad. Also, he calls himself a 'YouTube Extraordinaire'.
