The part that may be an issue. at least in the continuity I was writing. Luna and Celly, when Twilight ascended, were worried when she refused to have a guard detail of her own, so they sent a few day and night guards to live in ponyville incognito and act as a sort of Secret Service. Harmony being one of the members.
