Yeah, I hate to say it, folks, but the next Iron Horse chapter's gonna be delayed. There are a few reasons why:

1. Work stuff: Some stressful stuff I don't want to go into, but it has left me in a mildly depressed state.
2. Health stuff: I had a little scare that put me off my game, but it was a false alarm.
3. Um... author stuff. To be honest, I'm just anxious because I realize how close I am to the finale and the thought of screwing it up and everyone hating it kind of terrifies me. I also feel a little scared about the idea of the story being finished and not knowing what I'll do with my time after all. Writing The Iron Horse has been one of my driving hobbies for the last two years, and I guess I don't know what I'd do with myself without having it to work on.

Ah, sorry, I don't mean to get all emo about it. The story is being worked on, though, so don't worry about a long wait. Perhaps next week if everything else works out okay. Thank you for your patience and understanding. 🎩

As for the finale, I'm sure it'll be fine. You haven't taken a wrong turn yet, and that's a lot more than can be said for a lot of other works. Just try and remind yourself to enjoy wjat you're writing, and I'm sure that will make it fun to read too.
