I'm writing a Spike story.
It's roughly 20% done right now, and I intend to finish it by Monday or sooner.
It actually looks at Spike as a main character, looks at some of his feelings of inferiority, loneliness, depression, lust, and desperation. And everyone will come to appreciate him by the end. It will be rated M.
But you know what, that's all I'm going to promise. By the time this story is finished, there's a good chance Spike is going to suffer. Like, a really good chance.
God I hate this Dragon.

I've been thinking hard about doing more Berry stuff, like The Waiting Room. I know it's well liked, I know it would make people excited, and I might want to do more, but I'm not sure. I could go into their relationship more, I could show dates, hardships, frustrations, and of course more sex... but I just don't know. It's not generally an easy story for me to write, and I am really unsure about writing more. Just want to put that out there.

Confusing. I thought that people were responsible for what their ancestors did, and had to make up for it. I had thought that everyone was out to get me and my friends, so I felt a need to be aggressively protective of them.
Honestly, the whole thing was like some sort of fever dream.
I had a very "us versus them" mentality, like there was someone who I should fight against.
I never, not once considered the feelings of the people who I was "protecting". I think it was one of them who snapped me out of it.
