Our pads (we had two, including a metal one) finally stopped working. I got a new one... a year ago? But I always seem more interested in something else or too busy. If I can't play it for at least an hour, what good is it? If I'm going to use it, I'm going to use it.
Doesn't help that I only have carpet in my apartment, so keeping the pad from sliding all over the place is a trick.
