Except the ones that they tell each other.
Every now and then, I look back and tell myself, "Man, I wish I did Appledashery as an 'in medias res' love relationship fluff-fest." But alas, it's too late to reverse that.
I've been tempted to do something of that ilk with second best shipping, of course, but I'm constantly having to remind myself that I wish to make a series following bacon horse. F'naa.
So, here's my attempt to toy with perhaps my third favorite shipping... if you don't count Twixie. F'naaaaaaa. Any excuse to write more Rarity is okay in my book.

Yes. Something with best pony and the pony who I considered best during the first season but tripped two steps back after each time her character seemingly developed, and more or less got stuck where she was while the ranking of all others improved, to the point that she was surpassed as best pony by the one I now consider best and most fabulous pony.
This looks positively scrumptious. Can't wait to read it tonight after work!
