Pokemonday Can't Survive (Without Three Hearts) · 1:27pm Mar 28th, 2016

So does anybody "love" the new Survival Mode as much as I do?

Pokemon Shuffle

On Wednesday (3/23/16), Pokemon Shuffle was upgraded to version 1.3.0. There have been graphical and interface updates across the board.

A new "Survival Mode" was added, as well as "Mission Cards" and new items including "Raise Max Level", a free one of which was given to all players.

Also, some new features were added, including a nice "Select Zone" dragdown on the main stages map (lets you jump from zone to zone more quickly).

One interesting new feature: The game now tells you how many experience points a Pokemon needs to reach the next level, as well as how many EXP were earned (after battle).

Survival Mode is like a combination of Escalation Battle and Safari: you pick four Pokemon that will stay with you throughout Survival Mode, and you don't get to see what you'll be facing ahead of time, meaning you need to choose your Pokemon for their special skills rather than their type advantage. The major downside to Survival Mode is that it burns three Hearts in one go. On my first (and so far only) attempt, I only cleared ten stages. Stage eleven kicked my ass. Word to the wise: the Mega Gengar trick the "pros" swear by? Fails hilariously on SM11.

I'm right now trying to get in the scoring range for an Absolite. xP

I finally defeated the mega glalie then captured the next two Pokemon after him.

So this Pokemon Shuffle update... Does this only apply to the 3DS? or does it apply to the iPad port as well?

3834632 I don't know? Because I don't own any "mobile devices" and even if I did I'd only be playing it on the 3DS. :rainbowwild:
