    an update

Hi all. I hope everyone is doing well. I've been taking an extended break from FimFiction lately. Had some undesirable interactions with some users. That coupled with some of my creative frustrations just makes logging on... kind of unpleasant? If I do log on, it's usually to try and catch up with the fics I'm reading and then I quickly log off. I'm just feeling drained with the MLP fanfic

It was my birthday yesterday! I'd meant to post the day of, but honestly, I was so tired and busy I just didn't have much time or energy to sit at my computer. Wanna hear a funny story or two, plus see the new playlist I made for Sassaflash? Get it after the jump!

    ponies fix everything

New chapter for What They Hope to Find is out! I talk about what's next after the jump, but before that, a quick anecdote:

Last night, my family was having trouble finding something to watch together. My nine-year-old son didn't have any ideas, but he pretty much shot down every suggestion we had. Eventually, out of frustration and half-serious, I say, "Let's just watch ponies."

    Jinglemas! And Rarijack!

I'm participating in this year's Jinglemas! It's a cute fic exchange that happens every year. I requested a rare pair ship, three guesses which. :twilightsheepish: Today is the last day to join, so if you want in on it, be sure to read over the rules and PM Shakespearicles!

Ponies and Second Life · 6:00am Mar 14th, 2016

Okay, so here's some screenshots, because apparently people are not as familiar with SL as I thought. Also, in addition to the other pony avatar I found, there's this other one that is completely free:

Here's an SL player with a cool pony avatar he modded out in the wilds:

Here's two screenshots of two separate My Little Pony sims in Second Life (these aren't the only ones, just the ones I took screenshots of):

And here's my current avatar, because I love her to furry bits. (Actually, aside from her accessories, I got this anthro cat avatar for FREE during a Halloween scavenger hunt. There really are some awesome freebies to be had!) I have several other avatars, including a jetpack cyberpunk chick, an urban normal girl, and basically this cat avatar but with different colors.

"Whoa."

Best substitute for stop signs, just... "Whoa."

3807066 They get pretty creative in these places.

In one MLP sim, I found some wall art of RD and FS just grinning at each other all creepy. When you walk closer to them, suddenly they both look at you. It's like they're plotting to eat your face.... :rainbowderp:

EDIT:
Ugh... I found them... *shudders*

I personally enjoy it for its immense possibilities. You can do so much in SL. The learning curve can be a little steep, but there's lots of people who are willing to help you get your avatar sorted out, and show you places to visit. There's also lots of free avatars and accessories that you can get, like the cat avatar I got in a special event. You just have to hunt for them!
