First, i never noticed this but look closely during this video at 1:09.

Why the heck is Derpy there wearing the paper bag from her costume on Nightmare Night? i honestly didn't notice it til today when i was watching the song to see if i could find Jet Set's aura colour, though, not finding it, just went with him having a grey one.

Also, Upper Crust is in two squares, one on the bottom left and another the top right.

Caramel Apple, he appears twice.
Once in the same row as Rarity, to the right, and also in the row above her, on the left.

Well two reasons, the first being that this was the point in the show where Derpy was more of a where's Waldo character that appeared in random places. Finding her was the name of the game.

Secondly, obviously she's wearing her formalwear to fit in with everypony. Just look at her pearl necklace
