Hello, everyone!
To those of you who offered such kind words of support and understanding after I returned from being away a few days, I thank you. It was a rough couple of days, but now I'm doing much better. I'm feeling back to my usual, cheery self, and I cannot wait to get back to having fun with all of you!
Now that I'm back to myself, what will I do? Well, I haven't been too inspired to work on my story lately, but I'm sure that will change in a few days. I definitely hope to get some writing done over the long weekend, if not sooner. But in the meantime...?
Remember how I said I'd do a reading of Guardian Halo as thanks for reaching 100 followers? Well, it's been a while, and I've now reached 143, but the reading is finally done! 
I want to thank you all again for your patience, for becoming a follower, and for your friendships. I've said it before and I'll say it again: joining FIMFiction is one of the best decisions I've ever made, and it's one of my favorite places to be. And while this is only my first reading, it is by no means my last. It's not perfect, and there are some things I could have done better. However, if I'd waited for perfection, it never would have gotten done. Maybe someday I will go back and make changes, or maybe I'll redo it. But I'm happy with what has been done, and I'm so happy to share it with all of you now.

I did used to play piano, but that was a long time ago. I'd love to actually learn how to play the lute, and to go around as Lyric at some of the cons. I do sing, though it's mostly to myself in the car.

I rarely listen to story readings. (Unless you count Creepypastas in which I could be a critic) You did an impeccable job in the voice of your characters as well as keeping a steady tone as your role as the narrator. Overall great job. Can't wear to hear the rest.

I was made to play the piano as a kid, but always resented it. Now I kind of regret stopping. Why did you stop playing?
And you totally should learn to play the lute! Or write a story where Lyric sings some sort of epic ballad, and do a reading of that!

For me, I was never all that serious about it, and it was costing a good deal of money over the years. So I was okay with stopping. I still got to sing in the school chorus.
Well, never too late to pick it back up.
Playing the lute would be so much fun! Just have to figure out what kind to get. As for the epic ballad, I could certainly try! I'm not really much of a poet, though.
