Sentinel: Only as much as I need to keep myself calm and composed. It slows down my thinking and makes dealing with the world easier for me. I don't feel so nervous or overwhelmed. So, I guess it depends. Some days, I really feel the need to for more, while other days, a single cup or two before school is really all I need.

The first year approaches its end. The Spring and Summer Arcs are coming... those will be rather longish together.
After that, we do a big leap forwards, five years of time. We see Equestria gearing up for the second war. We'll see a lot of new faces.
After the second war, and recovery of second war, we will leap ahead and get to see Equestria and the whole of the world in peace and prosperity. We will get a good sampling of life during this time. It will also being during this phase that the story will end.
