Technically, that would be a Mk IIb Spitfire.
Don't get me wrong, the Mk Vb has the same armament, but it also can't be a Mk Vc as that variant has quad Hispano's versus the two normally outfitted on Spitfires at the time.
There are a few subtle difference between a IIb and a Vb. The IIb has a smaller air intake in the front under the engine versus the Vb, but the liquid and oil cooling systems under the wings remain the same on both, as do the shell ejection ports. Also the distinct white-stripe marking that wraps around the mid-end of the tail gives it away as being a IIb. The Vb has no white-stripe tail wrap or number markings.
