032 A Researcher in Need
Hello,
Now that I have your attention (thanks Twilight!) I feel obliged to tell you this post won't be about ponies, but about another passion of mine: video games.
If you read my last blog you probably know that I'm working on a thesis to obtain a master's degree in the field of Psychology. Its topic: the personality of video gamers. Part of my study involves creating a questionnaire, and at the moment I could use some preliminary data to work with and further improve my research instrument.
Please click on the following link, fill the form in, and share it with your friends (gamers or not, pony enthusiasts or not, all are welcome). All and every way of spreading the word you can think of is encouraged. The more data I collect the more accurate my study will be.

Completed the short questionnaire for you. I feel some of the questions would be more appropriate to have a 'Depends on the video game/world' option along with the 'Yes' and 'No'
Done. First time I actually used my actual birth year online. You never know who's watching with all the hackers out there, right?
Why no questions about Halo?

That's a good point. I'm aiming to create a set of statements which will not depend on a particular game or genre, but rather on perceiving the idea of gaming itself. That's why I try to steer clear from hinting at games in the form.

Thank you for your trust. Of course there's no way I can now discern your data from dozens of other answers, so your birth year is pretty safe. Also, I feel a need to state that all data collected will be used for statistical analysis only, as a set of responses without digging into individual ones.
As for the lack of Halo questions, the goal is to create a form not dependent on any particular game. Also, I've never played Halo.

Well, I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that at least one person you know has heard of, played, or has a Halo game.
