Wow, When I saw that the full story was only 821 words I worried it would be to short to be a good story. Once again I am reminded of the saying A story must be long enough to be interesting and short enough to make you crave more. One of the best early Luna and Celestia fics i've read. Highly recommended!

A Night to Remember

Unable to return to Ponyville after the Gala due to the spell on their carriage wearing off, and it being too late at night for anyone of them to pull it, Twilight and her friends end up having a slumber party with Luna, thanks to Celestia. This bit of information thrills Luna, who apparently enjoyed the destruction of the Gala. This is going to go very well, or very badly. Or just very strangely. Whichever happens first.

Meh, It wasn't great but it wasn't horrible. Not much to really say. The description pretty much covers the full plot. There were a couple of small giggles but all in all meh just... meh.

The Unsuitable

Luna must engage in a traditional activity. Normally, she would not object. She knows from traditions, and embraces nearly all the oldest ones, from diction to the Royal Canterlotian Voice. But this galls her. She must answer suitors, the finest of the nobles seeking her hoof in marriage, while she has other ideas entirely. To that end, she unleashes the most venemous and caustic comments her ancient tongue can muster.

I enjoyed this story quite a bit, the archaic insults that Luna threw out at the stallions and mares made me grin. I do have to admit that all of the numbers had me confused but was definitely appreciated. The idea of ponies seeing Luna as a sweet little thing to take advantage of was an awesome idea!

Dawww That was so sweet, I'm not a huge fan of Dislestia but this story might be enough to change that. With a new idea of what caused Discord to become evil was introduced. Well written and kept me engrossed. By the end I was rooting for Discord to be freed!

Well, i've read several of Luna's first slumber party or any type of Luna's first party. This one though was my favorite! Lot's of adorableness and sweetness. My favorite part was Luna hiding under her bed. It made me giggle out loud! Luna using the same book that Twilight used for her own sleep over. While I suspected that plot point I wasn't at all disappointed.

Welps! I should have expected how this would go from the Cover art but with the teen rating I wasn't expecting it to be quite so spicy. I am definitely not saying I didn't enjoy it because I did. The Twiluna was great and the hinted at Twilestia made it even better. One for my favorites.

Well now, thank you for the kind words! I dropped the use of footnotes for later Luna stories and relied on readers puzzling out meanings, like non-student editions of Elizabethan writings.
