Happy Thanksgiving!

So, are you all having a good Thanksgiving?

I'm...not. I ended up not going over to my family's place for dinner because I've been sick since about 8 this morning and didn't really feel up to it. Still not feeling well...hoping I'm not coming down with something.

But...

Since my Thanksgiving plans fell through, I got some writing done. So, hope you all saved room for dessert...because a new chapter of (Mis)taken Identity is up and ready for reading!

I might get a chapter of Sonata the Drama out tonight or tomorrow. Still gotta deal with Persona EG.

Tomodachi's still skipping this week, because I kinda want to play with my new 2DS a little.

Sorry you got sick on Thanksgiving of all days, but get well soon!
And hey, no shame in playing video games, IMO. You got a new toy; break it in a little! I'll have to wait a month for Omega Ruby and Super Smash Bros., but it'll be so worth it!

2620279 Any given year, I have about a 50% chance of being sick on either Thanksgiving or Christmas. It's been...let's see...3 years since I was sick on either/both. Actually, first time since 2011 I've missed one of the big holiday dinners. But, unavoidable...staying put at home and resting, I reduce the chance of a relatively minor infection becoming something worse (and more to the point, sharing it with my family).

These are the joys of having a completely screwed up immune system.

Y'know, being the antisocial asshole I am, the worst part of being sick on Thanksgiving for me would be missing out on all the food, rather than not getting to see my family.

I don't know where I was going with that.
