It's OC time again! If you've done this before, then great! If not, here's the gist:
Write a comment that tells me about your OC. I will choose a set number from the list to use in the story. If you place a character here, you are giving me free reign over that character.
Here's the bare minimum of what I'd like to see from you.
Race, gender, basic description, their mark and what it means (Zebras have glyphs, Griffons have scabbards, Bears have tabors, Orcs have brandings, Apes have tattoos on their shoulders, Goblins have various parts embedded in them (screws, lug nuts, bolts), Minotaurs have various piercings (must be visible at all times you pervs), cutie marks for ponies (If you put anything that isn't one of those races, it will not be picked). Why they are in Ponyville, Canterlot, Moosden, or Cloudsdale (short version).
If you feel like going above and beyond, here's some more that I'd like to see as well -but isn't completely necessary:
Why are they in Ponyville, Canterlot, Moosden, or Cloudsdale (long version).How did they get their mark? Quirks and personality. Background (where are they from, why did they leave (if they did), what major events happened in their life, ect.) What are they doing outside of their home country (if not a pony).
THIS IS NOT FOR PEOPLE TO BECOME SPARTANS. Though that can be a reason that they are in one of the towns, just know as the creator that none of these OCs will become Spartans. There are various reasons for my doing this. For now until Fourth arc, it'll mainly be me including you guys in the story. I really loved when we had the Mercs for cannon fodder, and I feel as if the idea was well received.
As for the Fourth arc thing... all I am saying for now is think back to Cabbage Patch. For those of you who remember, it has something to do with that. I can't give a specific date as to when fourth arc will drop, but I can say it is nearing.
Also, please keep the post to a minimum. I don't mind a comment or two, but please no threads of conversations. I have to go back through all of this later on, and it isn't fair to those who post early on when their comments are buried in threads of pointless deleted comments.

Name: Iron Heart the Blayze
Race: Minotaur
Gender: Male
Description: gray fur on upper body, black fur on lower body, average hight (for a minotaur), muscular, left horn broken halfway up, stylized horn with piercing branded into front of left shoulder, green eyes, short hair on top of head.
Mark: two piercings on his right eyebrow, two rings in his left ear and a stud in both ears (studs on the bottom of both ears), spider bite on his lower right lip (two studs right beside each other on the lip), and a ring through the cartilage of the nose. The three piercings in his left ear means that he can hear what the metal needs, the eyebrow piercings means he can see what the metal needs, his spider bite means he can tell the metal what he needs (basically they mean that he's a blacksmith). The nose ring means that for some reason or another he is without a clan.
Reason: born to the Iron Horn clan, Iron Heart was trained almost from birth as a smith, at the age of sixteen he gained his piercings (save his nose ring) by beating his father, his teacher, in a contest. Ten years later at the age of twenty six he aquired the title of Blayze by becoming the greatest smith of his tribe, three years after that his tribe was destroyed by a rampaging dragon, he was one of six survivors. He lost everything in that attack including his horn and his wife and daughter. After that he roamed for nearly a year before hearing about the exploits of the Spartans and deciding to try to help them the only way he knows how, by making armour and weapons.
Personality: quiet, never speaking more than he needs to, though he does tend to sing while shaping metal (bass voice). Is a stickler for manners and will never do something outside of an emergency unless they say please. Has dyslexia so he is basically illiterate but still knows some arithmetic. Has no patience for thieves or liars.
Name:Crystal Sabre
Race: Pegasus
Gender: female
Description: a light emerald green coat, with sapphire blue eyes. Mane and tail are a titanium white with a blue stripe running down the middle of each. Around the same age as main six.
Mark: a half-carved crystal sword. Symbolizes her ablilities with the blade, as well as her skill in fashioning blades from raw crystal.
Reason: She was originally part of the Lunar guard, roughly about the time of Discord's breaking free of his prision. Resigned from the guard because she felt she had failed the Princesses,and moved to live in seclusion; training to hone her skills. After a time word of the Spartans and their deeds reached her and her half brother, a Pegasus by the name of Shadow Curtana. Both made the journey to Ponyville, and later Moosden to offer help any way they could. Both specialize in wingblades, the use and crafting of them.
Personality: Patient, hardworking, willing to go the extra mile. Mood She will not tolerate theft, vandalism, or liars. Slow to anger, slow to wrath. Has no problems working with members of every other species( Except goblins due to an incident with goblins as a filly) and is particuarly fond of working with minotaurs.
Extra notes: favorite food is strawberries.
Ps.Shadowed Curtana will most likely be my Spartan oc when you take them.

Race:Earth pony.
Coat:Light tan.

Cutiemark:A spartan like helmet and anvil.
Story:Nex Ferrea was a simple pony that ran the local black Smith shop In a town.While he made all sorts of things such as simple swords to little nails, he was well versed in his trade and made it all. Not only is he know for his smithing prowess, he also is an Adventure for hire at the local guild where he is renowned for his fearsome war hammer that crushes all in his path.

Gender: Mare
Race: Unicorn
Description: Peach coloured fur, Brown Hazelnut Mane, and Green Emerald Eyes.
Cutie Mark: Chemical Beaker
Received her cutie mark at a young age after countless attempts at secretly experimenting different solutions and liquids around her house due to boredom.
Background: Comes from a rich family, youngest out of her five siblings, usually neglected by her parents and siblings, recently graduated in Equestrian University of Science with degrees of Toxicology, Chemistry, Biology, and other sciences. Decided to move to Ponyville from Canterlot to study and observe the advanced Terradisian technology in the hopes of understanding it.
Personality: Logical, Analytical, Usually can be emotional and caring yet restricts her expressions.
Name: Sheogorath Lore (had to make it the name XD)

Glyph: Three faces, one happy, one sad, one angry above a corpse in black chains
Reasoning for Moosden: Wanted to open up a shop somewhere quiet.
Personality: Random but a deep thinker, refuses to rhyme but is able to confuse you with word choice. He is very smart but acts stupid to trick others.
Background: Came from a small unnamed village near Roam. Has the unique ability of causing creatures to temporarily turn into something else randomly. He is a master of potions, herbs, and medicine in general. He was at one time offered a job at CU but turned it down.
Meaning of glyph: He is cursed with the power or madness
Why he left: He wanted to live somewhere else and thought somewhere quiet in Equestria would be best.
Name; Mogar
Race: Minotaur
Piercings: Earrings and a Nose ring, with hundreds of small rings along his torso and stomach, each one marking a kill.
Description: Red and gold fur with many scars crisscrossing across him, blind in one eye. His horns are jagged and chipped and in many places, reinforced with metal. Is sociopathic, constantly talks about his 'magic wielding brother' and his precious children. Speaks in third person. And is, as a whole, overwhelmingly violent. A master of the art of The great sword, he is classified as extremely dangerous.
Location: Currently in Canterlot prison for the crime of mass slaughter, murder, escaping from prison, breaking into prison, stealing food, and littering.
Personality: Violent, ignores pain, unphaseable, Always speaks in archaic ways.

Description: Silver coat with electric blue mane and tail, One eye red another eye is blue, is eccentric, a perfectionist and a workaholic. Discovered his cutie mark when he discovered a way to alter his DNA and give him powers like telekinesis, electro bolt, incinerate (refer to bioshock game for all plasmids) etc, through creating a injectable serum from genetically modified poison joke to give him his powers. However he has told no one of this due to the social repercussions and possible use of his discovery to be used as a bio weapon so he continues researching for new treatments and cures for genetic diseases.
Location Canterlot as his laboratory is located there
Reason to go to ponyville: to collect more poison joke for his plasmids as well as other flora and fauna to study the DNA and how it can be used for medical purposes

Gender:Male
Description: He's got a short black Mohawk, and sky blue coat and silver eyes.he normal wears a grey ninja suit. his cutie mark is a shurikin cover in lightning.He got his cutie mark by inventing a move called Zeus tears, he summons a cloud throws his shurikens into it and they come out electrify no one has ever lived from his attack.He is the funny free spirited type but when a job need to be done he gets serious. he also carries a legendary ninjato that can cut almost anything.He was born into a ninja clan and from that he became on of the deadliest and stealthiest assassins in the world.
Reason: His reason for coming to ponyville was because his masters sent him on a mission to assassinate somepony who is doing pony trafficking and free all the slave.

Race: Pony, Pegasus
Gender: Male
Basic description: Tall. Not as tall as Big Mac but close. Browngray fur (like this) and dark brown mane and tail (like this) with even darker brown eyes. (like this) Age 30.
Mark: An open book (black scribbles on the pages) with a magnifying glass over the left page.
What it means: I think you guessed it by now but... he spell-checks everything!
Background: Spell Check was born and lived his whole life in Canterlot with his loving parents. They weren't rich by Canterlot standarts but every month there are a few bits left to put aside. Currently Spell Check works for the Equestrian Times as editor in charge. This all started when he was five years old and staring at the cover of "The Rusty Horsehoe", a "sport" magazine from his father. He tapped on it and kept tapping until his father noticed his son was pointing out a typo. That's when Spell Checks mark appeared.
Character and quirks: Spell Check doesn't like to be the center of attention and rather stays in the second row, unless someone uses bad/wrong grammar, then he interrupts this someone and corrects him. If this someone keeps using bad/wrong grammar Spell Check tends to get upset. Nonetheless he managed to make some friends, who he likes to play cards with, go out for a drink or just hang out with.

Mark: A half red, half blue rose on a white cross
Ponyville: Visiting her older cousin Roseluck in order to find her place in the world.
Description: Dark blue almost black coat and a black mane with light pink stripes (2) in the same style as Rarity when her mane is wet.
Age: 18
Quirks: violent when placed in a situation she can't get out of, (usually using thorn wrapped vines) has a slight stutter and a quite voice not jumping into a conversation unless there is a lull. Also uses magic only to defend herself or when she is lashing out, otherwise only using as a earth pony (violently destroyed her room when she realized she

"He's at it again!" So I'm going to attempt to push some boundaries, yet again. So one question, are Thestrals, AKA Bat Ponies, still considered in the pony category? This is essentially me doing the same thing as with the changeling, so I'm sorry, but not too sorry.

Meaning of Mark: Exceptional vision, lip reading, and spotting tiny flaws, such as microexpressions when somepony/minotaur/griffin/dragon, basic police/spy talent.
Basic Description: Former Royal Guard, Former Royal Intelligence Agent, retired due to age, keeps himself in excellent shape and flexibility. Double-jointed. Extremely dedicated to both Princesses, feels protective of them, for some inexplicable reason, wishes for them to be happy as possible, because he knows immortality is a nigh unbearable burden.
Reason for going to Ponyville: Went to Ponyville because he heard stories of Miles and thought, somehow, he might be able to help Miles out with either advice, or by teaching him how to incapacitate someone without harming them, and thus help Luna be happy.
Personality: Wise old pony, not one to shy from a fight, although he'll be all kinds of achy thereafter, very calm, cool, and collected. Acts twice his age. Exaggerates his "Old Man" persona to lure potential enemies into a false sense of security, then bends, dips, and weaves, to avoid strikes, before using one of a dozen different ways to knock them out without killing or permanently harming them. Not infallible, doesn't have much stamina for a fight. If an enemy can avoid his blows for a short while, it's over.
Quirks: Tends to call everyone "Sonny", or "Lil' miss" as though he weren't just sixty, but about twice that. About as kooky as Granny Smith, acts about the same when he feels safe. Constantly does the "Back in my day..." story telling whenever he's around kids. Won't talk about his past from before his thirties, save for his childhood. Won't kill anyone himself, unless they threaten the Princesses.

Description: Light grey in color, with a black mane and tail. A little bit older than the mane six.
Cutie Mark: A silver pocket watch.
Reason: He is a watchmaker who moved to Ponyville from Trottingham in search of a new place to set up his watch store. He absolutely loved the community, but did not expect all of the crazy random stuff that happens in Ponyville on a regular basis.
Personality: Really, really, really into watches. When not talking about the inner workings of watches, he has a sort of shy nervous personality (Not to the extent of Fluttershy). He does know a basic level of combat magic, and is not afraid to use it, as most store owners should. He has passed the full Equestrian Schooling System, with great grades. He does not like rude annoying teenagers, is a hoofball fan, and really likes watches (Have I mentioned watches yet?)

Background: Silver was a talented young unicorn, able to replicate anything simply by seeing it once. He could replicate a priceless piece of art simply by glancing at it, rewrite a lengthy book by skimming through the pages, he could even perfectly perform pieces of music simply by watching another's hoof movements. At the age of ten he lost his only family, his mother, to a mysterious sickness. At fifteen he joined a mercenary group to see the world, hoping to see new things. Silver traveled with the mercenaries for years until one day, while escorting a noble to Canterlot his group was ambushed by bandits. The battle left the bandits slain, and Silver alone, the only survivor of the raid. Now twenty years old Silver Sight travels the world looking for a new cause to fight for, something to give him a reason to live. He has heard of strange happenings lately in Ponyville, he believes he might find his new cause there.
Personality: Friendly, loves to gain new information and pass it to others, Loyal to a fault, slow to anger (unless something harms his friends.)

2474743 When I say that, I'm basically trying to avoid Moderator trouble. I don't want someone flagging my story because I used their Oc against their will. If this concerns you, then don't put up a character. This is mainly a way for me to include the readers in the story, but I don't want to jeopardize the story becuase someone gets pissy about their oc's portrayal.

Background : has a father that was a part of the royal guard and a zebra shaman mother. in his fathers travels he met his mother and had a child with her. Shadow's father retired and his mother left her homeland to settle in Ponyville with his father. Sadly, his father became ill while he was still young and passed away, leaving him with his mother to teach him throughout his life. The one thing that is noticeable that Shadow inherited from his father is his loyalty and straight forward thinking. Shadow's mother was a skilled shadow manipulator and tought him the subtleties in the way of magic. He became adept in stealth and observation enough so to be noticed by the Lunar guard and was given an opportunity to serve Luna. From there he was assigned to the Reconnaissance unit and is still there now.

Lightening Strike had lived a mostly normal life. He grew up in Canterlot in a middle class family. He didnt really have any friends in school because of his shyness and was mocked because he was a blankflank. He didnt care and just ignored it. One day while he was walking back from school two of the older school bullies caught him and dragged him into a alleyway and demanded his money. After Lightening refused one of the bullies caught him and pushed him against a wall. As he went to punch him Lightening quickly caught it and kneed him in the stomach. As the other came up behind him he turned around and quicker than he thought possible he beat him up and knocked him out. The other bully begged for mercy and Lightening let him go. He quickly ran home and told his dad about it but his dad wasnt listening, instead he was looking at his flank in awe. Lightening looked back and saw his cutie mark. He was so overjoyed he forgot about the event that just happened.
After completeing school he decided he had enough of the city life and wanted to move somewhere quieter. Once he heard about the Spartans in Ponyville he decided to move there and try and join them.

Mark: A winged shield
Description: Soft spoken, and a fast thinker. Has a temper, but is calm for the most part. Novice flyer, and tends to keep to himself unless others are directly involved. Dislikes conflict, but will get involved if friends are in immediate danger.
Bio: Solus was raised in an underfunded orphanage in the big city, and was treated as an outcast for most of his life there. Weary of his life in the city, he saved up what little bits he could to catch a train ride to Ponyville. He's been living a steady life there since. He earned his mark when he protected a friend that got jumped.

Other features: He likes to wear a Equestrian Navy Tricorn hat and keeps a well kept gryphon cutlass with him while on his ships.
Personality: Introverted but extremely Intelligent. He is usually calm and deep with in his own thoughts. He only speaks when he has something to say and with happily criticize what he sees as illogical. His major fear is a life without purpose. His special talent is sailing but he now serves as the commander of the Terradisian air force.
History: He is the son of an Equestrian Admiral and his Zebra Mistress. When he was born his father sent him and his mother back to Zebafrica so save face. When he was old enough Ironclad when to join the Equestrian navy so that he might meet his father. He rose to the rank of commander (he was in command of very small ship). During a skirmish with Gryphon Privateers he and his men were captured and forced to join the crew. They sailed with the gryphons for six months before organizing a mutiny and sailing the privateer ship to the nearest Equestrian harbor. When he arrived Ironclad was arrested for piracy and sentenced to hang. Iron and his crew escaped and stole a ship that they sailed to the gryphon colonies where they joined the Gryphon Navy. There he rose to the rank of Captain were he was tasked with transporting some Terradisian machinery from Equestria to the Gryphon colonies on the way back they were attacked by pirates Iron and his crew fought them off with the help of the accompanying bots and Spartans. Seeing how he handled himself the Terradisians made him a candidate (not Spartan and don't worry he will not be a spartan) Spartan. He went to Mooseden and was rejected in the preliminary screening but stayed in town to help manage the Sky port that the Terradisians used for trading with Equestria. He also helps with managing the Terradisian Air force due to his familiarity with air combat.

Personality: Socially awkward, recluse, walking encyclopedia of random knowledge, lazy but not opposed to work, a "nice guy", imagine how Twilight was before coming to Ponyville mixed with a seriously toned down Rarity when it comes to his outfit.
Background: Was the Guard/Librarian for the dangerous and restricted section of the Royal Archive in Canterlot for the past 20+ years. Has studied magic and is an Arcane Librarian Lvl 17(DnD 3.5e class) Feels his knowledge is going to waste and wants to join Terradisia to use what he knows to benefit the greater good.

Race: Unicorn
Gender: Male
Age: 27
Mane/Tail: Chestnut (keeps his mane long and usually in a braid or ponytail)
Coat: Dark grey (wears a cloak most of the time)
Eyes: Gold
Cutie Mark: A black book with a crescent moon
Meaning of Mark: His expertise in black magic and his ability for stealth.
How did he got his Mark: During his foalhood when he had to steal in order to obtain money for the leader of the gang he was part of. He was good at hiding in the shadows to avoid being seen by others with his dark magic. He was able to steal from a, seemingly, impossible house that belonged to a rich family and after that "mission" he found himself with a cutie mark.
Quirks: Every time somepony ask about his job he answers with the first thing, usually nonsense, that comes to mind to avoid telling about his true job. Some examples such as being the head of a dating agency for dragons or a traveling writer. Tends to refer to Princess Luna as Selene.
Personality: Calm and collected, smart, slightly sarcastic.
Bio: Born in Canterlot with only his mother, Aurora Bell. to take care of him, they were poor and while the view of most ponies is that the world is full of Harmony, the truth is that there is a darker side to everything. Both Aurora and Arcana fell in the hooves of a gang that forced the young colt to steal and his mother to do other things in order to stay alive. One day the gang was found and taken care of by the Royal Guard, the Captain at the time saw that Arcana had potential and offered to train him until he was ready to join the Royal Guard. Aurora was relocated in Ponyville to avoid the dangers of the city while Arcana got enlisted to join the guard. As the years passed, he rose through the ranks, but was slightly annoyed with the Sun Princess because she only took action when a threat was already present. Once word that the Lunar Princess was back, he, along with a group of trustworthy ponies were picked to form a group of black operatives known as "Luna's Lunatics" (Celestia think of them as a necessary evil to tame the darker side of Equestria.) that would answer to the Lunar Princess (and now Miles too) directly. This group would serve to do the "dirty work" to protect Equestria, their motto "We dispose of coming threats so the Sun can rule in Harmony." Arcana spend his time traveling around the world searching for his targets to keep Equestria safe. When he is not traveling, he is usually focused on his studies, his latest subject is the lost "Ritual of Ascension" which allows a pony to turn into an alicorn, said ritual is yet to be proven true, but he uses the examples of both Princess Mi Amore Cadenza (Who was a pegasus who saved a town from an evil enchantress named Prismia and was adopted by Celestia after that, if you take The Crystal Heart Spell book as canon) and Princess Twilight Sparkle as the basis that any pony can archieve Alicorn status if they succeed in completing an important, yet unknown, task. Arcana relies on his speed rather than strength while fighting. His codename among the Lunatics ,and those who know about them, is "The Shadow Walker" for his ability to turn into a black plume of smoke to move around. While Arcana his a pony, he shares the Zebras' point of view of life "Everything has a use, nothing is wasted. No one dies, they simply shed from their mortal form and join the cosmic energy"
Major events in life:
Got his cutie mark at the age of 9
Failed to join the guard at least 3 times.
In all his years on the guard he kept mostly to himself.
At the age of 18 he got separated from his squad on a mission to save a group of kidnapped ponies, he later discovered that this was a ruse to lure the guard into the open and kill them.

At the age of 22 Arcana finds an ancient text depicting a ritual to transcend to the higher planes. This becames the base to his research into the lost "Ritual of Ascension"
Before his 23 birthday he learns about a new maid/assistant sent by Luna to help him. Said maid is the same mare that he saved, the mare is called Nice'n Tidy.
Spent 1 year in different countries, but mostly with the griffins, and later with the zebras learning alchemy.
From 23 to 27 Arcana spent his time traveling while taking care of threats or doing research on the subject of "Ascension"
Later that year he, along with Nice'n Tidy, travels to visit his mother, Aurora. A second motive is to learn about Terradisian technology and how to implement that knowledge into Equestrian magic.
Reason for going to Ponyville: To visit his mother, Aurora Bell (white coat, sky blue mane/tail, azure eyes, mark of a shooting star), and let her know he is doing fine and to take a look at the Terradisian technology. Arcana wants to learn about Terradisian technology and the Spartan training to see if he can implement that knowledge to further strengthen his magic and abilities to help him in protecting Equestria.

Bio: Born into a family of servants in Canterlot. Since a young age she was taught how to clean and deliver a perfect service to guests, this made it possible to earn her cutie mark. At some point in her life she was kidnapped by a local gang, but was saved by the guard known as Arcana Shift, who later helped her to get a spot in the castle. 3 years of training made it possible for her to get to help a "guest" in the castle, said guest was her savior, and now black operative, Arcana. Since then she offered her loyalty to him and became great friends, often helping with Arcana's research. Princess Luna gave her special rights to leave the castle with Arcana as his assistant, and every now and then she follows the stallion on his adventures. She apparently has a crush on Arcana and wishes she could tell him her feelings, she also wants Arcana to leave the spot of Captain of the Lunatics, get a normal job and live together with her, for she is worried that one day a mission will be the cause of his death.
Reason for going to Ponyville: To visit her master's mother and to keep said master in line.

Storm lived his life like any normal colt his age, dreaming of someday be the best flier ever, but the day he earned his cutie mark he was groomed to be part of the Logistic team of the Weather Factory. For many years Storm studied to please his parents, but in the end he dropped out of school and moved to the town of Ponyville to work in their weather team as the pony in charge of planning and logistic instead of becoming part of the larger group in Cloudsdale. Storm felt that his true call was on the Royal Guard as a tactician, so when he was old enough he applied to enter the guard, Storm managed to enter until his second chance. It took him 3 years to earn his place as a Tactician of one of the Solar Divisions, that is until the return of the Lunar Princess. Storm choose to move into the Lunar Division for it was known, through rumors and whispers, that in the past, Co-ruler Princess Luna took care of the dark side of Equestria, he felt that his talents in war tactics and logistic would be put to better use in the hooves of Princess Luna. In the coming years Storm formed a bond with fellow guard Arcana Shift, a stallion who recommended him to join Princess Luna's Black Ops group, known as "Luna's Lunatics", as their Tactician. His military heritage can be traced back to the Lunar/Solar War where the House of Days was part of the Strategy and Logistic Division serving under Celestia. Just like Arcana and the other members of the "Lunatics" Storm spent his time traveling through the world in order to find marks to dispose of, while learning about potential threats to the Equestrian Crowns. His codename among the Lunatics is "The Tempest" for his prowess in aerial assault . Storm has heard about the Terradisian and wishes to learn their tactics in order to better protect Equestria, Princess Luna and her family. Storm is decent at close combat and excellent in aerial combat, he uses wingblades to fight, usually kept under his cloak.

Bio: Born in the town of Moosden and daughter of Warding Light (Pegasus Mare. White coat/grayscale rainbow mane-tail, winged sword cutie mark) and an unknown sire. Shamrock is the daughter of retired 1st Solar Guard Captain Warding Light, but unlike her mother she was born an earth pony, to the shame of mother and grandparents. For a few years she was raised in the quiet and calm town of Moosden by Warding alone, that was until the Captain had to return to active service and was ordered to return to Canterlot along with a young Shamrock. The young filly was raised among the royal guards which made her take an interest in combat, but she also yearned to touch the sky just like her mother, an impossibility by her status as an earth pony. With the passing of years Shamrock joined the guard, without the help of Warding's influence, or lack of any parental interaction, and rose through the ranks. On one particular training session Shamrock noticed she was able to "tap" into her inner magic making it possible to gain superior strength and further improve her stamina and endurance, that allowed her to gain her cutie mark. At the age of 27 she was made Captain of the 5th Solar Division, a job she took great pride on. At the age of 33 she took the role of Captain of the 1st Division after Warding Light retired and went back to Moosden to spent her remaining days in peace. On the coming years as Captain of the Solar Guard she won and prevented many fights which earned her the tittle of "The Pale Mare", just like her mother earned the title of "The White Mare" in the past, for her combat prowess. In one particular mission she got hurt and was forced into a desk job, something she hated for she wanted to be on the field, but was unable to do it by Princess Celestia's orders, the spot was later filled by newcomer Shining Armor. Once the Lunar Princess was back and the Black Operative group known as "Luna's Lunatics" was formed, Shamrock was summoned and offered a spot as second-in-command for the Lunatics, a job she quickly took in exchange of her desk job. Shamrock patrols the Equestrian borders while her team mates go farther than that, that makes her the most available member of the Lunatics. Captain Blossom is the mother figure of the Lunatics, often getting worried for the remaining members. She worries for Arcana's oblivious nature towards his assistant's feelings. She tries to help Storm with his socially awkwardness and to express his feelings. With years of experience Shamrock also gained a slight fear of losing her remaining friends in combat, just like deceased fellow Lunatics Snow Charm(Unicorn Mare, 19), Firestorm(Pegasus Mare, 26) and Sky Symphony(Earth Stallion, 30) so she sometimes overprotect Arcana, Storm and Tidy. Shamrock is good at close combat and is the member in charge of reconnaissance.

Reason for going to Canterlot: She is going back to help in whatever way she can. With the current state of things it is obvious that the Lunatics are going back to Equestria. Shamrock is thinking on making a stop in Moosden to talk with her mother for she isn't been feeling well (Warding as been slowly getting weaker and wants to make up with her daughter for being a bad mother.) She also wants to make sure about the current status of the Equestrian rulers.

Description: I think it's best if I just link my art of her, since she's hard to explain in terms of mane and tail. Diamond Song Her eyes are a bright blue.
Cutie Mark: A violin with a bow. This signifies her skill with music. The particular instrument, the violin, is an instrument with a serene sound, but it is versatile and easy to listen to. This plays heavily on her personality.
Personality: Diamond Song is at heart a serene, relaxed pony. She's calm, but not to the point of being reserved, and she holds an air of warmth and friendliness around her. She's usually humming quietly, creating soothing, calming tunes on the fly. She's quite friendly, and she loves to meet other ponies. She can be frank and to the point when she feels ponies need it, but when it comes to problems, she prefers to subtly nudge them in the right path. She's a very creative pony, and a good source of ideas when you need them. She pours her emotions into her music and logic into her everyday life, although the latter not to the point that she seems stuck up. She's subtle, as said before.
Background: Diamond and her family hail from London (or Canterlot, if the former doesn't exist in your world). She comes from a family of artists: Her mother is a designer, her father an artist, and her brother a writer. She was the elder sibling, discovering her talent in music after she accidentally initiated one of those spontaneous musical numbers. A year or two after her brother was born, her family decided to move to to Ponyville, tired of the excessively formal life. They wished to go somewhere more quaint and friendly, and Ponyville was just that.
Diamond's life has been mostly uneventful, consisting of day to day conversation and the usual slice of life. She composes often, and she conducts an orchestra that occasionally tours for a short time. However, she and the orchestra are usually in Ponyville. She also draws up designs for clothes, getting this from her mother. This is one of the major connotations of the versatility implied by her cutie mark, the other being her creativity and flexibility in friendships.

Background: Years ago, even before the return of Nightmare Moon a curious pony found himself lost, with no memory. He simply awoke to find himself within a cave. His strange, rusted armor creaked with every painful movement as he rose to his hooves. A careful search uncovered nothing about the confused pony, save for a name engraved upon the ancient armor, Stout Heart. With nothing else to be gained from the cave, Stout headed toward a nearby settlement, curiously built into the side of a mountain. Upon entering the city, he received odd looks from the residents. He learned from the few ponies that would speak to him that the city was referred to as Canterlot. During his exploration of the city he found an excitable scholar, entranced by his armor. He claimed it was a warrior's armor from an ancient time when war in Equestria was common. The somewhat annoying pony offered to buy Stout's armor. The lost pony agreed with a shrug, his armor had fallen into disrepair and would serve him no purpose although he did find the history of his armor intriguing. Now with a bag filled with the lands currency Stout wished to find refreshment, as well as observe the ponies around him. Finding a nearby cafe, he began his study. After learning the habits of the residents, he felt comfortable looking for any ponies that might know anything that could help him regain his memories. Finding no leads in Canterlot he decided it was time for him to expand his search. He traveled from land to land, seeking answers from every corner of the globe, while taking side jobs that others would find too dangerous to supplement his funds. During his travels he found that his body was extremely durable, withstanding even the harshest of tests with ease. While asleep, his body would regenerate even fatal wounds at an astounding rate. Stout had also learned that he had military combat training, despite having no memory. However his discoveries would end there, even years later he still wanders the land, with a different goal. As the years dragged on Stout cared less and less about his missing memory. Instead he searches for two things. A challenger strong enough to finally end his life, or a pony he could love enough to give it to.
During his travels he has heard of rising tensions between the nations and wishes to see if there is any work relating to the issue within Canterlot.
Personality: Serious, (Although he gets a little silly around those he considers as friends.) reliable, loves to tell old "war stories" about the trials that have failed to kill him, wary of unicorns as he is useless against their magic.
Miscellaneous: While not exactly famous, Stout is known by few as "Death Wish" for his willingness to jump head first into danger.

Personality: Shy at the start yet passionate when invested in anything, and refuses to let anyone get away with harming anyone she cares for or considers a friend. Especially children and young ones. She also opens up and becomes very friendly with people she knows, usually enjoying spending days chatting about whatever comes to mind between work and spending time with her daughter.
Cutie Mark: A crystal harp with three flaming notes coming out of it. This represents her ability to perform magical melodies though their influence is minor mostly just helping set moods by causing anyone who hears them to be able to see a sort of musical world (Like watching a music video)

Background: Melody is a harp playing pegasus who moved to Ponyville recently with her daughter Time Stream, and makes her living selling and repairing musical instruments for ponies, as well as doing small time concerts on the side.
Her harp and flaming notes cutie marks was discovered when she was attempting to play for a talent show and she decided to play on a family heirloom harp which was passed down in her family for quite some time this harp, known as "nostra signora di cristallo rosa" or Our Crystal Lady Rose in Neightallian was said to possess magical powers and so Melody decided to use it to provide more OOMPH for her talent competition which it did, and her ability to illustrate a piece that caused the entire auditorium to stand upon their hooves and cheer earned her the cutie mark which adorns her flanks today.
The reason Melody and her daughter moved to Ponyville was to leave behind the memory of the tragic accident which took Melody's husband away from them as they decided a small nit community would be a smart idea for getting back on their hooves. It wasn't exactly what they expected...

Ok name Duck he's an orange unicorn like this one ( http://m.imgur.com/wLhJiQ9 ) (won't let me put in the picture thing) but with an orange mane and coat with a mark of a duck all else remains the same.
He is twilights age and lives in moosenden (is that the correct spelling) he's takes care of the local animals but a specialists in ducks.
He got his mark when taking care of a hurt baby duck that had a broken leg. He is also good with healing and shield magic. And that's about it.

Background: An orphan from birth, never knew her parents or why they left her on the streets of Detrot but never let it dissuade her from trying to make a living. Luckily she was able to scrape a living out of living at the Detrot orphanage, but she was reclusive and somewhat anti-social. When she reached the age of five she was out looking around for something to do when she came across an old case containing a Saxophone with the words 'Tale Doloris' etched onto the case. She had no idea who it belonged to but decided to take it for herself, finders keepers. And once she played it, Blue had gotten her mark in playing.
Eventually Blue was able to leave the orphanage at age ten and decided to make a living playing her saxophone, didn't make a lot but she made enough to get by. Sometime when she turned sixteen she left the city of Detrot and made a living as a wandering musician before moving to Ponyville. By day she's the quiet but still friendly saxophone carrying pony... but night she's the mare who plays sorrowful bluesy tunes under the nighttime skies.
Personality: Blue is a friendly mare, although she's quiet half the time she'll talk to you. She speaks in a soft melodic tone and can be quite intuitive in a conversation. On the outside Blue is a good pony to talk to and nice to have around, and is great with foals. On the inside however, she's full of sadness and regret involving her parents and past decisions involving shady colts and back alleys. She expresses her feelings with her Saxophone, affectionately named Tale Doloris.

When seen closely a tremor can be seen within his front left hoof, When glancing at his face, his hair seems bushy and unkept but if brushed aside the remains of a Unicorn Horn can be found, Cut down to the base, in which one must assume was a painful act of of self harm, the cutie mark of a chalice on it side with wine dripping from it, contrasts his lifestyle.
Reason: A Nobel by birth, Chestnut the Second seperated himself from the others, of tern sneaking out to play with his Middle class friends, His parents, Chestnut the First and Angelica both strictly forbid this, but anyhow he continued, At the age of (Cant think of Age) chestnut, was at a formal dinner party and knocked over Celesta's glass, hence the cutie mark. On his 14th birthday, his parents gave him a ultimatum, stay away from the Poor, or lose your nobility, Chestnut chose to disown his parents and title. So, they cut his horn off as a way to show the other nobles, they did not love him, before casting him out. onto the streets, until he started a small shop on the edge of the Ghetto district of the capital of the Griffon colonies , in the repair of carriages. He live prosperously until the food shortages, where his shop and house were raided, in attempt to find food. His wife, Seashells and his Unborn baby perished in there sleep, in the fire that the griffins lit after they found his home void of food, , With his lively hood destroyed and with the murder of his wife fresh in his mind, Chestnut sets out across the land to try find some home in a land filled with bitter memory's and no purpose.........

Why are they in Ponyville, Canterlot, Moosden, or Cloudsdale (short version): He is in Ponyville, mainly because he like to learn things that could not learn with the goblins, because of that he travel around the world, but in almost all villages he is kicked out, or a mob soon or later try to kill him or take him out of the village because he is a goblin or because he likes to prank too much. The only village that seems to not send a mob for the moment is Ponyville.
Quirks and Personality: He likes to learn things and it does not mater the theme, sometimes is learning from a cooking book and in another moment is learning about alchemy or about history or even reading a adventure story like Daring Do... is because he want to learn things that he could usually could be find around a library or somewhere that have caught his interest, but above that he have two things that he like and is the money and above all the love for pranks. Sometimes he cannot resist to prank someone even if it could mean that people could get in danger with that. To him it does not matter if someone is a pony, a ursa a griffon or a goblin, he treat someone the same as he is treated.

Weapons: Steel hoofguards that belonged to his father,also a mercenary, and a sling made out of the hide of a manticore. Sling ammunition includes but is not limited to incendiary, explosive, buckshot, armor piercing, and regular lead shot.
Personality: Exceptionally quiet because of his backstory and very blunt and to the point in his manner of conversation. He is always very serious and is always focused on his current goal. He has a bad habit of being very suspicious of others and jumpy because of his life in the wild. He has only trusted one pony fully in his life which was Nightstrike, before he died in combat.
Basic Description: An earth pony with a black mane and short tail that is ragged and unkempt from long exposure to the elements. He has a dark brown coat to blend in with the surroundings. He has a large scar over his right eye and a chip out of his hoof because he underestimated a manticore. He has a lean, fit look about him from constantly moving to survive and often having to skip a meal because of nearby danger.

-Received when he defended his best friend Nightstrike from a pack of Timberwolves in the high marks untrained at age ten after Nightstrike followed him to try and convince him to return to his home in Manehattan. Meaning is that he loves solitude in the mountains and forests and fights to survive effectively in the harsh environment.
Backstory: Stonehoof grew up in Manehattan in an orphanage that never had enough food to fill any of its occupants. His father had died overseas doing a mercenary job and his mother never recovered from her loss and eventually died in childbirth. The caretakers were very kind but we're always busy and could never spend too much time with one child. Eventually, at age ten, Stone hoof packed all his worldly possessions , which included his father's steel hoofguards, a picture of his mother before she died, and a sling he had made on his own. After leaving, another orphan, a pegasus named Nightstrike, followed him into the mountains where Stonehoof had run to. Unfortunately, Nightstrike immediately wandered into the middle of a pack of timberwolves. At this time Stonehoof saved Nightstrike and earned his cutie mark. He sent Nightstrike back home and lived in the mountains until he was twenty years old. By this time, he was a formidable fighter, able to take on a full-grown manticore on his own without injury. He left the mountain and journeyed down to the nearest town to see if he could find some mercenary work that would fit his talents for stealth and strength. He received a job in the griffon colonies with his friend Nightstrike. The job was simple. Protect a noble as he made his way to Ulfric's hold. But on the way they were waylaid by six professional assasins. They defeated them all before they could kill the noble but not before Nightstrike had been raked by poisoned griffon claws and slowly bled out on the road. Stone hoof completed the job and returned to his childhood mountain in self-imposed exile to mourn his best friend. After a year, he came down again and began work again but would never trust anyone again.
Reason in Ponyville: He is following up on job in the everfree forest, which involves rescuing three ponies from bandits who are holding them as hostages and will kill them if Spartans or the Royal Guard gets involved. History: desertjack was once a guard who ended up injured by criminals and was discharged for his injuries. With a few bits he ended up in ponyville where he used his bits to get a home and build a blacksmithing area in the back. Now he builds sculptures and smiths out swords axes and spears for the local guard and travelers.

Description: Grey fur, black mane with a teal stripe and relatively the same for tail, and nice green eyes. About the age of the CMC but definitely older than them
Mark: Baseball, baseball glove, and bat all next to each other. Its picture is relevant to the sport he plays but doesn't reflect its entire meaning (as is with most marks at least to me). It reflects his passion for the game of baseball as well as his ability to have 95% of all calls, in any sport, in his favor. This ability also rolls over into social life like, if he is covering for a friend who was late to class, their excuse would be believed or if there is a vote for class rep and it seems like the vote is split down the middle which ever side he chooses will usually win.
Reason/Background thing: (lived in cloudsdale till adolescence) When he was young his parents became the heads of Major League Baseball and Hoofball (pony version of football, not the soccer football, American football). Because of this they didn't get to have much time with him, that's not to say they didn't spend time enough time with him, it was just hard for them both to be there (they were there enough so it wasn't very traumatic). With having both his parents gone for a good potion of the time he learned to live on his own. In the middle of his freshman year of high school he moved from cloudsdale to ponyville because he wanted to get away from the city as well as expanding his range of friends, which is made of only Pegasus. His parents bought him a house (nothing to expensive or fancy but probably bigger than what he needs) on the condition he pays for the bills (electricty, water, etc.). He has two part time jobs he does on the weekends, both as waiters for some pretty popular restaurants. He goes to the same highschool as the CMC and is part of their high school baseball program as a power hitter and pitcher. His grades alone can get him a scholarship but is looking to get into a good collage with a decent baseball program.
Personality: Reliable, kind, funny, stubborn at times, will get the job done and then some (nothing overboard but still over the top), not easily startled, very smart for his age, works well with adults, works great with children, has some experience around the block, and wont ever betray current relationship.

Rustic's small Loving family wasn't to last though, on Rustic's colts 10th birthday robbers came in the night and murdered this small family Rustic Field only barely survived. Rustic beaten and broken wandered for the next 10 years working many odd jobs to feed his bad drinking habit and trying to fine a meaning to his life. He heard of Moosden in a roadside bar He figured it was a good town as any to fine some work and He can find out more about these Crazy metal creatures he has heard about with swords for arms that live there.
