It's "embarrasant" in the title, unless I screwed something up. I hardly know French... (also, the author of the translation currently proofreads it once again, so there are probably some technical difficulties).
Still better than Spanish "embarazar" or something like that, which means "impregnate". Some pen producing company made a Spanish ad which was supposed to mean "Our pen won't leak in your pocket embarassing you". I guess people in Spain started to wonder what the ink was made of...

Yeah, languages are generally funny... For example when I went to Czech Republic for the first time I learned the hard way that the Polish word meaning "to look for" is exactly the same as Czech word for "to fuck"...

You think that's bad? I live in Belgium, where they teach you that the noun 'un baiser' means 'a kiss' but they neglect to tell you that the verb 'baiser' means 'to fuck'. You have to find that out the hard way.
Incidentally, that must make holidays to Disneyland Paris very entertaining.
