I'm watching the episode "One Bad Seed" and i'm a little conflicted here.
I'm wondering if I should make it two, as in debuting Babs Seed alongside a brother, so the colt Cutie Mark Crusaders in the fic will be more inclined to hang.
Like... Brad or Chad Seed or something. I dunno. I just feel as though including the colts in welcoming Babs would be past overwhelming as Babs looked uncomfortable dealing with AB, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo, another three who are colts might make things worse.
Anyone have advice?
sorry to say, but i've barely touched the episode myself. and I haven't progressed past it because i have an ocd thing about not skipping episodes.
That's a rough one. Personally, I feel adding in a second seed for the colts is a good idea but having one terrorize the fillies and colts is a great opportunity for some more character growth for babs and the cmc. Maybe try writing with just one but if it proves to be too problematic then switch to two.
Hmmm... Tough call.
I would suggest Brad, if you go for the brother option, especially if he also goes for the "try the other side" bit that Babs does.
I would do as the show did, have Butch Seed, as I call him, go back to Manehatten after the episode, and definitely include Diamond Prince and Gilded Spoon as well. Those are my names for DT and SS.
