They were trying to scam users by impersonating fluffymixer. In several comments they have claimed to be the real mixermike, so I asked him on tumblr if he was. mixermike said that wasn't him.
I had the proof for about two months but I was going to let this account be because it wasn't doing anything exceedingly harmful. Yet when this user decided to open up the floor for commissions, I felt that this was going to far. It was a huge setup for a scam, so I alerted the mods.
