Goodness gracious! · 11:29pm Jun 2nd, 2014
I apologize for my harsh language in the title of this blog post, but sometimes it just slips out!
So, some of you may have noticed a distinct lack of updates from me, recently. Now, I don't like using this blog as to whine, as I know you all have better things to do than to listen to some old word-scribbler moan about his life, but April and May were... well, let's just say they were unpleasant months for me. Between several major, overtime-requiring and stress-inducing projects at work, and the hospitalizations of both my father and younger brother (for unrelated reasons), I didn't get much in the way of writing done. But now the work projects are (mostly) done, my relatives are all back home and either mending or doing as well as can be expected, and I'm back to writing!
For Project Sunflower: Harmony, I just went through chapter 6 and did a bunch of revisions. Chapter 7 is now in my editor's GDocs shared folder for them to go over, and Chapter 8 is getting started tonight.
For Cutie Mark Allocation Agency, I've got that chapter halfway done, and I'm planning on having it on the site by the end of this week.
It's good to be back!
I have somewhere I gotta be!
Terribly sorry to hear about your troubles, Hoppy. And don't sell yourself short, blogs are just that - blogs. Bits of life thrown out to the internet. We follow you for more than just your horsewords. You're a cool guy.
Also, I can't spell 'just.'
Life has a way of biting you in the butt, we've all been there, no need to apologize for something outside your control.
Glad to see things are looking on the up and up for you, Hoopy.
~The lizardman eagerly awaits more PS:H awesomesauce
Reminds me of my own work two weeks back....that was utterly ridiculous, but it sounds like you got hit even worse.
Tis good to hear that things are improving for you however, not backing down whatsoever.
Welcome Back!
Rays of endurance and good mood for you, Hoopy!
I am glad to here your father and brother are both doing well. Nobody likes to see family in the hospital. I hope that work doesnt stress you out too much and I look forward to reading more of... well, anything you have to write really.
You're such a potty mouth!
Don't worry, it's a common thing to get a rough period every now and then
Best wishes for a hasty recover to both your relatives
I'm happy to hear you are gainfully employed and the relations are out of the hospital (or as the Brits say... "hospital")
I'm looking forward to Erin's further wacky misadventures.
She's Ponyville's Mork!
Welcome back! How is family Tough? Seems rather unlucky that both your father and brother had to go to the hospital in the span of two months. Anyways welcome back Hoopy!
Oh wow, I didn't realize you were having such a bad time the last little bit. I'm glad it's let off now.
