What "Celestia's Tiny Student" sidestory you would love to read? · 5:54pm May 4th, 2014
As the title suggest. I wish to ask you all what sidestory that take place in “Celestia’s Tiny Student” universe you would like to read.
The situation is simple. My top editor who is working on the sequel have a lot of exams on his head and this delay the release. So while I wait for him to find time and finish the job, I would like to entertain you with a sidestory in the meantime.
The issue is that. Without help of my top editor, the quality of the story will suffer, while on the bright side, the story will update faster. From my experience, reader can ignore more mistakes and forgive worse quality if the story itself is interesting for him.
The rules are simple. You can post any idea for a sidestory you would like to read about (one idea each comment) and you can upvote or downvote all ideas you like or dislike and I will write the story with most upvotes minus downvotes. In case that many few ideas will gain high score, I will organize another voting to select the winner.
You can post any idea for sidestory as long as it takes place in “Celestia’s Tiny Student” universe, but you MUST point out between which chapters in take place.
For example: If you want to read about Shining’s attempts to win Cadence’s heart from his perspective, write do it take place after chapter 7 - “Cadence, Blueblood and BBBFF” and before chapter 8 - “Snowball war”
Or do you want it to take place after Twilight decided to stay tiny Ch12 and before she visits her parents Ch14.
If you want to read read how Twiny’s parents recover after her visit, write that it take place after Ch16 and before bonus chapter - Magic Duel round 2.
If you want to read how Cadence was foal-sitting Twiny’s from her perspective and her own experience during it, write do it take place right after she meet Twilight or after she decided to stay tiny or after she visited her parents.
So long story short. If you have an idea for a Twiny’s sidestory, post it in comment and write between which chapters it should take place. And also to find the best sidestory idea, I encourage you to visit this blog more than once and vote upon other’s idea so that the ideas that came our first would not get more votes just because they were posted first.
I will post my own ideas as well, and lets hope that we can find an sidestory idea what all of you will enjoy. After all, I can write only one sidestory, so lets choice the best one. Have fun.
Sidestory idea number 1: Cadence's Little Charge (the tittle can be debatable once the voting is over)
Story idea: Cadence is taking care of Twiny from her perspective. It is a sidestory how the alicorn foal-sitter is adapting to take care of such small unicorn and her personal experience and feelings in that matter (with Cadence and Twilight as main characters). This story will happen before Twilight decide to stay tiny.
Story take place:
After Chapter 8 - Snowball War
Before Chapter 9 - Final Exam
Sidestory idea number 2: Cadence's Little Charge
Story idea: Cadence is taking care of Twiny from her perspective. But the action take place after Twilight decided to stay small and Cadence is adapting to her decysion. Outside of taking care of the tiny mare, she is also meeting Shining Armor from time to time as he confes his feelings to her. (Twilight, Cadence and Shining Armor are main characters). In this sidestory, Cadence will both try to take care of Twiny as well as meet Shining Armor.
Story take place:
After Chapter 12 - Celestia’s Tiny Adventure
Before Chapter 14 - Home Visit
Sidestory idea number 3: Dating an Alicorn
Story idea: This sidestory will be written from Shining’s perspective as he is dating Cadence he fall in love with and how their relationship grew (it can be also shown from Cadence’s perspective or both, it is debatable).
Story take place:
After Chapter 16 - I broke my parents
Before Chapter 18 - The Wonderbolts
Sidestory idea number 4: Adventures of Tiny Princess ( or “Celestia’s Tiny Adventures )
Story idea: This story is written from Celestia’s perspective and tell about the few adventures she had with her student while being tiny.
Story take place:
After Chapter 12 - Celestia’s Tiny Adventure
Before Chapter 14 - Home Visit.

white path, twilight, cadance and fleur and/or fancy
twiny goes nightmare night trick or treating with white path
after the home visit but before the wonderbolts
Sidestory idea number 5: Celestia’s Combat Training
Story idea: This story is written from Celestia’s perspective and show how she is training alongside her guards to eliminate her weakness and get her body in shape while she still find time to participate in her student’s little adventures. this sidestory will involve a lot of challenges, trainings, adventures and even battles as it is more of an adventure rather than slice of life story.
(Even fight against 3 certain wonderbolts can be added as a finale, though it is debatable).

After Bonus Chapter - Magic Duel round 2
Before Chapter 21 - Best Wishes
Sidestory idea number 6: My Little Medic (or “My Little Wonderbolts Medic)
Story idea: After becoming Wonderbolts medic, Twilight is spending few months doing her best to fulfil her job while she try to gain Wonderbolts trust. This story focus on how Spitfire, Soarin and Twilight’s friend grew as well as Twiny introducing Spitfire and Soarin to Fancy Pants and Blueblood.
Story take place:
After Chapter 20 - Camping Trip
Before Chapter 21 - Best Wishes
hm how about a "what if twiny did not stay tiny", or a "hearts and hooves day chapter"?
Sidestory idea number 7: Twiny and White Path’s Adventure
Story idea: Fancy Pants and Fleur leave White Path to stay in the castle with Celestia’s permission as he is left under Twilight’s and Cadence’s care. In this sidestory, White Path, Spike and Twiny are trying to have some fun while Cadence, Overwatch and Steel Blade are trying to save the Castle from their shenanigans. Corollary damage involved.
Story take place:
After Chapter 16 - Princess, I Broke My Parents
Before Chapter 17 - Pegasus Magic

Sidestory idea number 8: Celestia's Tiny Student What If's"
Story idea: Ever wondered if something else happened in the story that changed the direction of how everything went? Like what if Twilight failed to stop her parents from preventing her into being Celestia's apprentice? Or what if Twilight had been captured by the griffin mercenaries? What if Celestia was a much stricter teacher? Or what if Soarin and Twilight developed a crush on each other? This is where the readers as the questions and the results are shown."
Story take place: Depending on the What if
can't decide between 4 and 6. I REALLY want to see Spitfire and Blueblood meeting
