Oh God, I can't believe I'm about to write this...

Soooooo...

I'm actually working on giving Death Darkness an actual back-story, because that was kinda how spontaneously and unplanned that first chapter was...

And according to the one I have currently planned, there is a completely logical and internally consistent reason why she's so exotic, beautiful and special, that if she dropped her guise of shadows it might launch Equestria and at least another county into outright war.

Also, in such a down-powered state, her eyes are freaking amethyst! Yes! I went there! Muhahaha! purple for that same reason.

Honestly, this fic... I feel like I should be laughing manically every-time I put pen to paper for it. Gaining this type of success from this darn concept just still feels wrong to me.
