    Update

With mostly radio silence with vague/broken promises, a lot of you are probably wondering what's going on with the last chapter.

Scratching Itch (Also, Where Do You Come From?)

Wow, the votes were pretty scattered. Oh well, we had a couple come up above the rest. I have an idea that I will be working on when I can. Something quick and dirty, just for the sake of getting it out and posting something.

Have an Itch (Vote for Best Pony)

I have that niggle in the back of my brain telling me to write. However, I'd like a little warm-up exercise before jumping back into any major projects.

So, because it worked so well the last time, let's do this again. Vote for best pony! Preferably none that I have or are currently writing about.

Let me know in the comments below.

Where the Hell Have I Been!?

    Hey guys.

Unfortunately writing has been completely dormant as I've hit the insane schedule regarding three jobs that pick up when the weather is warm on top of other projects. In fact, I'm convinced that I've actually messed myself mentally through all of this.

Oh, for frick's sake... ("Room 213" poll inside) · 2:56pm Feb 12th, 2014

Astute readers could gleam from my last blog that I was planning an update. A Room 213 update, to be precise. However, I've hit an old snag that comes up a lot. It seems whenever I try to plan an update, I get sick. So now I'm a bit too loopy to try and write and with the deadline approaching, there's not much I can do.

But don't fret! All is not for naught!

You see, I've started sending to my prereaders in chunks to motivate myself. So I currently have ~4,500 words of the next chapter, ready to go, can be posted today (Or Valentine's Day). If you guys want, I can post this chunk and work on the next part of the chapter after I get better and post it later. I'll then combine the two chunks into one normal chapter.

So would you guys like two smaller portions over time or would you prefer the whole chapter at once later?

All or nothing.

I'd say wait until you have an entire chapter.

Whole chapter. Go big or go home.

Gather as much chapter as you need...and then strike with all of your might!
Whole chapter.

I think having a romance chapter on valentine's would be cute :yay:

Bigger is better, after all!

The issue is that I'm sick and can't finish by Valentine's.

Sucks to hear that you are sick. Never a good time when that happens.

Concerning the story, I would recommend that you wait until you finish the chapter.

Take your time getting better! There is no need to rush to get a chapter posted when there are no deadlines.

Hmmm, despite being one of the stronger advocates to get this story rollin, for the sake of art, I vote for delay of chapter.

Get well soon, Mr. Gears!

I like the idea of the whole chapter at ounce.

I think you should take your time to recover and post the whole chapter later. Hope you get better soon, feeling sick sucks.

I say post a smaller part sooner. It's at least something to the story.

1827105 That's okay. I personally would prefer to wait for the whole chapter anyways, even if it wasn't on Valentine's Day. (Deadlines be damned)

I've always been one for longer chapters anyway, so I say wait until you're better and post the whole chunk later.
