    Where I've been...

It’s getting harder to write with swype (pain-wise) for some reason. I’m thinking of going back to voice, although there’s still the hesitancy I feel due to the pain reaction. Whenever I think of writing, there’s the anticipation of pain, and it makes me procrastinate like no one’s business. Writing with voice isn’t much help because of how fast my voice hurts from it (I really have to enunciate

Progress Report - and bonus art!!

The moving process has been delayed due to work dragging their feet on the transfer. Oh, also, the old car I was borrowing from a friend finally gave up and died. Wife and I finally got a vehicle of our own and Sweet Celestia's Beard insurance is expensive in Alberta. Hopefully the move gets done soon.

    Good news bad news

Good news! The chap is written and off to the editors as of today. As soon as it's done, it'll be posted, no matter where in the month it is. Shall start writing on the next chapter immediately!

Hopefully in the near future I can get a new laptop since the one I’m using for writing is now five years old and really chugging.

Here’s to things getting better in the near future, eh?

Anyway, new chap is coming very soon.

Oh, and here’s a link to the Discord. Feel free to drop by and tell me to write more. ;)

Sorry abot the pain, but good to hear you're doing alright

Best of luck, and thanks for checking in. Here's hoping you can find a more workable solution.

Talk about a blast from the past. Sorry to hear that these pain problems are still bothering you. Have they still not found the source or is it simply an untreatable condition?

Take the time you need to get those chapters out! We can always wait :raritywink:

Good to hear you're doing better, take the time you need we can wait.
I found some advice for how to enunciate better, use big, exaggerated mouth movements

They still have no idea what's causing it :(

Well it's good to hear from you, I have actually started reading rites of Ascension slowly I'm really happy to learn it's no cancelled though I am rather concerned about your pain, I myself can't type very much on the computer because I have stiff fingers and staring at the screen for a long time hurts my eyes feel better dude.

Just yesterday I started one of my re-read cycles; it opened with Sharing the Night and Rites of Ascension is next. Your story still brings joy and wonder more than a decade after I started reading it, and I'll always be ready to drop everything and read a new chapter. Your work is appreciated.

The Luna alt art is still rocking.

Hi, and welcome back!

Don't stress yourself, your health comes first.

Good luck!

"hugs"

You know, I have a friend who was in pain whenever they wrote and they've recently had it diagnosed as a condition that stems from the veins in their neck. They explain it better than me. Maybe what you have isn't the same thing that they have, but it's worth looking into, just in case.

It is good to hear from you. Glad to see you're still kicking.
Pain can be just mentally exhausting, I hope you discover the cause sooner rather than later.
