Short version is, in better keeping with the Fallout crossover theme, I adjusted the year the bombs fall in Renewal from 1067 to 1077. -

Well, congrats! A million+ word story is an incredible achievement, and finishing it is like having a weight lifted from your shoulders you weren't even aware was there (speaking from experience -_-). Renewal has been a phenomenal read, and I can't wait to find out who lives to get their (wholly earned) happy endings. If any of them do. It is a Fallout fic after all...
Any idea what you're going to get up to next, or was Renewal your solum opus (aside from the side fic)?

As for what's next, I have a planned sequel in the works! It won't be nearly as long, since much of Renewal was dedicated to establishing backstory and history which the next one can readily rely upon, but it'll tie up some loose ends I've deliberately left unresolved in Renewal (evil cackling) in ways I won't spoil. In the meantime, I'm going to take a wondrous break, maybe write a bunch of horse smut like all the cool authors here do (I have so many ideas), and buy myself a freaking burger. XD
EDH, you've just finished the story you've been working on for years...what are you going to do now *extends a microphone to the author expectently*
~80,000 words... whew wow! I like my chapters on the longer side but I don't think I've ever read one that long, hah! It'll take me a bit to find time to sit down and read, that's for sure.

Congratulations on finishing an absolutely awesome story! I've been reading and enjoying Aurora and friend's story for a long time now (really wish FiMFic had a way to see the added date - it lets you sort by that but not see it?) and it's always a bittersweet feeling to see such a great story come to completion. I'll be keepin' an eye out for your future stuff, that's for sure! Thank you again for creating and posting Renewal, it's been a fantastic ride.

Ah, by added I meant to my 'Tracking' bookshelf, whoops! I somehow completely forgot to specify that in my comment! 2019, whew - I want to say I started reading sometime around 2021-22 but I don't know for sure. Must feel pretty cool to see that completed mark on the front after all this time though!

considering even Kkat the creator of the original FoE didn't go much past 20k in most chapters it is truly an impressive feet, even the massive monster of a story that is somber's Project Horizons likewise doesn't have more then maybe 2~3 chapters that break 20k and your last chapter is 4 times that
