Just want to sound this out to you, it feels wrong, what about 'even if she did bear that animal's progeny to the world'? Sorry I'm getting hung up on these things.
As long as it's not like the Tacoma Narrows bridge!
Spring definitely doesnt want Tacoma Tabitha to do a Galloping Gertie, even if she did go pretty much all Johnny Bravo on her.
Maybe its time Tabitha started improoving her relationships foundations with Spring by pile driving her Caisson?
Raspberry Cocoa? just needs a bit of Marshmallow and a Wafer base and you have some nice snacks. Even Wagon Wheels.
Tabitha keeps on rolling.

Razz and Coco are like the Brooklyn bridge caissons, Coco being the Brooklyn side built on solid bedrock at 44ft below water, Razz the Manhattan side was dug to 78ft but never reached bedrock, the sand not shifting for a million years and compacted more than required was deemed sturdy enough to take the bridge weight. Hopefully the sand under Razz's resolve is that sturdy.

edit: was that 'improoving' or 'imprhooving'?
on that bed - on the bed
he meekly stated - he stated meekly
even things out - even things out, though
complimenting tone - complimentary tone
make due - make do
tapped at a chinĀ - tapped at her chinĀ
This was a little confusing because it begins from Coco's point of view and finishes with Tabitha's.

A good chapter today, quite a satisfying denouement to their night of love and intimacy.
Spring... her motives slowly seem to be growing clearer, but her reasoning behind her methods is still opaque. Is it simply her alien mindset or is it the brashness and cocksure nature of youth? Or it could be that she's a little mad, we're all a little mad here, after all.
Coco's metaphor for their relationship feels spot on, easily the best model for a sustainable, supportive relationship. There doesn't seem to be any reasonable, or even an unreasonable way for Spring to become a center support though.
Oh! I know! Spring can be the cable that keeps the bridge under constant tension! Like, y'know, a spring!
Get it?
...
I'll show myself out.
The Grateful
DeadMares are probably among the quietest and most serene you'd find out of a rock concert...Still probably louder than Broad
wayneigh. But I am happy with Coco and Razz making a try at getting along for real.
And Spring's a creeper alongside a rapist! Her plan, if I parsed it correctly, is going to be more difficult than she knows. Three people are going to be much more difficult to get along with than one who you can bully around, and all of them are going to start off on edge. (And, if we're lucky, success is going to actually require a lot of compromise on her part.)

I did look at 'due' but thought it reflected on her magic being ready for when she will be due, at least that's how I took it.
7550283 I hope I'm wrong in some ways, but I think Spring will find when dealing with 3, she'll only be able to concentrate on 1 or 2 at a time with the other(s) poking holes in her plans.
Spring is a good villain. She is complex and has given many reasons to severely dislike her. It makes me think that what she has pulled in her apartment could be considered a breach of contract. So how will she get herself caught and punished I wonder?
7550280 Typos herded together for some passing lunar to take them off. He keeps claiming it's being removed in some 'green' way. I don't get it...
Things are moving forward! About time, too. Three chapters all within an hour or so of action? Can you DO that?!
Ha! We knew Spring was still conniving!
Hope she doesn't push too hard, it's quite easy to un-stabilize this bridge in the current tenuous state...
Keep going! ;)
Well...I'm honestly shocked at just how well-behaved and mature everypony is being.
Really, this is enough to make me wonder if the story is starting to move towards a conclusion. I suspect I'm wrong, but the way Coco and Razz are acting here - that is to say, like adults - is enough to solve one of the main sources of drama. Given that Spring seems like she's about to make her move (and be dealt with one way or the other), that leaves only the building itself to take care of, and even then we have Dark and Bubbles to help out on that score. There's still a few other things, like that mysterious colt or the yeti monster, etc. but so far we honestly seem to be dealing with everything.
Razz really put Tabitha's money-shot where his mouth was by going down on her. While he might not be willing to play mare to her stallion, I'm still impressed that he was willing to suck her off, and without so much as being even slightly coaxed, to boot. The fact that he's not willing to let her under his tail isn't really something that can be held against him, either; quite the contrary, if he did that might make Coco feel like what she brought to the bedroom was being threatened. As it was, Coco stepped up her game nicely in response to Razz's show of openness, in that she seems to be similarly willing to filly fool around with Tabitha. Together, the two of them really showed their commitment to being in a relationship with someone who's hermaphroditic. Best of all, it felt fairly natural for the both of them; Razz has long maintained that he's attracted to Tabitha as a gestalt, even while not wanting to surrender all of his sexual identity to do so. Even Coco had briefly touched upon acknowledging that Tabitha was as much female as male, before.
There was also yet another instance of an earlier happenstance being touched upon here. In this case, while the trio's first threesome left Coco without having gotten off, this time it was Razz who was left unfulfilled during the second round. Equality in all things.
But the real meat of this chapter was in having Razz and Coco talk. I'm honestly somewhat awed by just how well that scene went, in terms of believability, the characters feeling true to themselves, and most of all the sheer importance to the narrative. This was a scene that had to happen, and it did a great job in how it was presented. Coco correctly identified that things will work best if all three of them are involved with each other, and that right now they're nowhere near that state where the two of them are concerned. And so they took the first few steps; they shared some details about themselves, taking the first steps towards becoming friends, since they acknowledged that they need that before they can become lovers. Moreover, they both signaled that they were amenable to the idea by being, perhaps surprisingly, affectionate towards the other. I saw that part as more of a signal of "I'm willing to be intimate with you" rather than any sort of signal that such intimacy was already in effect (since it wasn't).
Of course, then we have Spring (who as I thought, has been spying for some time now)...
Spring is entirely correct that this development is going to drive her out. Partially, this is her own fault; she's been absent for a while now, and a void is inevitably going to be filled. She hasn't said anything to Tabitha since she was knocked up, and has only ventured out of her room (that we've seen) when Dark challenged her. But even without that, this is a big deal; a stable relationship, in which the participants make each other happy, will have a much easier time resisting any sort of interference from an outside party. Spring is going to have a difficult time fucking, and fucking with, Tabitha if Tabitha is happy and satisfied with Razz and Coco.
What concerned me, there at the end, was Spring's reaction to that. Her reference to being a "third support" made it sound like she wanted in on their relationship, and I really, really don't see Spring being able to function like that. Everything about her has been a mixture of condescension towards others and narcissism; while her insistence that ponies are "beasts" might be part of her turn-on, it also does seem to be an ingrained view for her. Spring is, at her core, someone who uses others to satisfy herself, and honestly seems to want nothing from anyone else (except to be violently rutted when she's turned on). The idea that she could be at all like Coco or Razz to Tabitha strains credulity.
That's somewhat ameliorated, if confusingly, by her also using more believable language with regards to "trapping" Tabitha. That sounds more like what Spring would do. Leaving aside using her baby to manipulate Tabitha, I honestly think that Spring would be more comfortable with making herself a nuisance that Tabitha can't afford to ignore. Or rather, Spring wants to be little more than a booty call for Tabitha when the latter is feeling very pent up and aggressive. To that end, the question is how can she work Tabitha up more (to the point of being aggressive enough to "rape" Spring), and keep Razz and Coco from running interference when she does?
I guess we'll find out...
7550867 Coco and Razz are taking those first little steps, filled with timidity, towards a future they can forge. It isn't a building they can erect in a day, but is there a rush? All three are so much happier knowing they're placing those bricks and having the others beside them, working at that same project while they handle life.
It would be perfect, if the house wasn't a source of danger, Spring included.

hum galloping gerty.
but do you know what caused the bridge to dance like this???
7551298 Bridge profile was catching the crosswinds and caused it to sway I think if I remember the doco correctly. Set up a repeating harmonic that just became worse until fatigue finally ended it. Hopefully Spring's cross winds don't do the same.
I'm done trying to figure out Spring. At the beginning of her part in this chapter I just thought "oh no, they are just getting things going don't screw them over now!"
Then she mentions Tabitha
So Tabitha has an extended lifespan now, and Spring is looking to play a long game and change her to her liking somehow.
Finally, the three supports for a bridge part sounds like it could be part of her long game plan as well, but I'll be damned if I can see how with the way Spring is able to twist and turn things to her favor in most cases.
more
7551857 you are vary correct if I remember the new bridge is 1/2 mile moved and looks totally different.
and yep some how I get the feeling that Tabitha is no more thane a big game to spring.
7552508 As long a Spring doesn't cause Tabs to sway in disharmony, if Razz & Coco are more central to her 'span' then there is hope for stability! Waiting now for Daves response to this line of thought?

7552508 Fun fact, the old bridge is still there.
I've done a scuba dive through the Narrows there's where the current carries you through at a pretty high speed and you can soar over the chunks and wreckage at the bottom. ;)
