When a mysterious substance known as Archetype is discovered and subsequently begins spreading all over Equestria, whilst also causing mysterious creatures to start manifesting, it is up to two separate pony groups from completely different timelines to become united and stop this upcoming threat. They must strengthen their resolve and face down a hopeless future that takes the form of a terrifying giant monster known as Godzilla!

As with Equestria, mysterious portals have appeared in an alternate world. A world that Sunset Shimmer now calls home. What she and her friends thought was gonna be a relaxing vacation on a cruise ship for spring break, will quickly turn into a fight for survival as other-worldly giant monsters begin appearing before their eyes.

A very strange phenomenon has recently occurred in the land of Equestria as mysterious portals begin appearing in different locations of the land. But these are no ordinary portals - they are gateways to another world, and serve as a bridge for gigantic creatures to enter and roam Equestria! Including the King of all Monsters: Godzilla!
But how will the Monster King see the ponies and other inhabitants of Equestria? Friends or foes?
