In the old days it would send me e-mail for new messages and stuff, but now it shows the count and automatically deletes most things after a few weeks.

I'm pretty sure there's a setting to enable email notifications; unless you mean you've deliberately turned it off.

I see the top story of the Pastebin list is one "Did Someone Say Flutterrape?"; still online, but absent from the Heroku list. Was it removed for some reason, or just accidentally lost in the transition?

a bunch of the stories are on my PasteBin account so they'll be around.

Does that mean you don't have any saved besides those?

I do still have the final listing saved, but when I tried to put it back on my website the account was suspended because it contained links to (*GASP!*) -chans and -boorus. Were you the creator of the old Clopfic Directory? Do you still have copies of the stories that were on it? Some of them are turning out to be hard to find.
