Most of you have at least entertained thoughts on the matter. I'm one of the site's Rainbows: you're arguably not an official FIMFic member until you've sketched out plans for my death. But in this case, I want to see if the collective 'you' can do it in a day or two.

Hey guys, I’ll try and keep this brief.
At the end of last month, I suffered a fall at my job and broke my left arm. It wasn’t bad-- the cracks didn’t extend to my shoulder or elbow, and it’s healing nicely. But I’ve been out of work for a few weeks, so I won’t be able to go back until partway through January, and I’m running through what little I’ve saved.
I tend to take long walks. Part of this is from sheer necessity: I still don't have a replacement car and local mass transit defaults to 'joke'. But quite a bit is in the name of plotting, because there are days when I think best on my feet. Chapters, one-shots, novels have been constructed in the course of such journeys. Let’s start with the silly stuff.
The ‘verse chat server has a December tradition: we open advent calendars. One window a day, starting on December 1st, for twenty-four days. We’re doing it again this year and when I say ‘we’, I mean anyone with a calendar is welcome to come in and do their daily unboxing. All I ask is that participants schedule their times and keep them consistent. (I’ll be going at 7:30 p.m. EDT on each night.)
