This is Exiles at War world. Exiles at War is an alt-history fanfiction project designed by a group of friends, set in the world of Equestria at War mod for Hearts of Iron 4.
The Point of divergence is the Griffonian Revolution partially succeeding, the consequences of which affect every continent; from the River Coalition collapsing into war, to the Changellings losing a War against the Olenians before they could strike Equestria, to the Storm King being defeated by the Chirropterrans before he could plunder much of North Zebrica.

The premise is certainly interesting. But I have a few questions. What is the fate of Gryphian host? I didn't see them mentioned. Alexander Kemerskai is absent as well, Did he die in 978? Considering rest of the world is the same, Will this Republican state be friendly to the Equestrians? And what happened in Asterion?

The Gryphian host stayed mostly the same, though it has been doing some shenanigans in Gryphus. Kemerskai is alive and kicking, not as dictator, but as a higher up in the NRP and a general in the NRA. The republicans don't have good relations with the Equestrians as the republicans oppose absolutist monarchies, even if they are harmonic. The Equestrians on the other hand have recognized the Republicans as the legitimate government of the Herzlands, but besides that just aren't all that interested in Griffonian politics. Equestria does however have pretty bad relations with many of the Herzlandic autonomies as they were generally supportive of Stalliongrad, similarly Equestria also has bad relations with Aquilea for pretty much the same reason. Finally, lots of things happened in Asterion, they're independent like in the game but a good bit weaker as the Cyanolisians used their control over the imperial fleet to make life hard in Asterion; blockading ports and committing war crimes during the Jojo and Pirate Wars.

Please ignore what Moon said, she'd forgotten what the actual lore regarding Dawnclaw was because she's stupid (
and because I forgot to write it down). As a teenager Dawnclaw joined the Republican Revolution on the side of the Republicans, instead of the Reichsarmee. He rose quickly through the officer ranks but decided to return to the priesthood after the war was over.Following the revolution, the NRP would largely take control of the clergy which remained in the Herzlands. The problem with this is that there were very few clergygriffs willing to work for the Republican Church. Thanks to him being both a warhero and loyal to the republic, Dawnclaw would quickly ascend through the ranks of the Republican Church, being appointed Archon of Arcturius in 1005.
