An explosion of realization suddenly overtakes him, and the horse’s head lowers somberly. Where is his demigod brother and caretaker, who mastered powerful sorceries so that they could continue to ride him into battle? Where was the honorable Starscourge who defended the Lands Between with those same powers from forces beyond comprehension?
11610093 A lot of it will be the same, with some adjustments here and there and some creativity, too. Like what's going on with the kirin and other non-pony races. I can't go too into it due to spoilers, but we'll see very familiar and key events.
I'm purposely being vague about what time period Radahn and Leonard are in, as far as the vast MLP timeline and series of events goes, to make it all the more impactful for when they do find out that they're not even in the Lands Between anymore. It is then that readers will get the gist of, "Ah, so they're in that era where events X and Y happen or are going to happen."
I wonder when Leonard will start wondering where his rider is.
Very well done!

So I’m guessing the MLP side of this story is different from canon?
