Right. I've been pondering over this good and hard, and I'm still not sure. So I'm going to use some process of elimination.
The first two arguments are very similar. Though one makes me lean towards Copper, as stage magic is meant to mimick magic, but their similarities make me think they are not weaknesses, else only one would be necessary.
One of them COULD have an alibi I'm overlooking, but none of the truth bullets present seem to indicate that. So I'll say this one is also a no.
Another reason they couldn't have done it... The only one that seems to point to that is the Broken Lock, but if I recall correctly, that was done by Yoko, as evidenced by his lovely lasered leg. But Reph isn't under suspicion here.
As for clues to one of them, none of the truth bullets seem to line up.
I don't think the killer had a willing accomplice. However...
It does make sense if they had an unwilling one. Reph. He heard the frantic knocking, followed by the body discovery announcement. I am strongly leaning towards Reph's Account===>someone did it unintentionally. He accidentally confused things thinking it was Yoko banging on his door as he was being pursued, when really it was the killer, trying to purposefully confuse the timeline.
Which would also make sense with Mesmer's bizarre joke. Using Dopple to unwillingly give himself an alibi.
Anyway. Loved the chapter! I continue to believe that Greyscale is one of those people Pinkie spoke of. Mesmer continues to be my favorite ahole.
Mesmer's got both a big brain and big balls to say something like that.
Wow, this was a tough one. It's really easy to get lost in a thought process and forget the other details. I pretty much had to reconsider everything that's happened in this trial. I feel confident in what I came up with.
The logic up to now has been focused on how the nail bomb was detonated. The current theory is that a unicorn used their magic from outside of the building to detonate it. However, one very important factor in Yoko's death has been neglected: that he died from a knife wound to the neck. I highly doubt anybody would be able to make precise stabs from that position. Therefore...
only a unicorn could have killed Yoko! <> Monobunny File #2
Since it is impossible for the fatal wound to have been dealt from outside the building, anybody could have done it! That is, provided they had access to the knife unaccounted for by the stock check...
Thinking about this has given me even more crazy theories, but I'm gonna keep it them to myself for now and see where they go.
I have been wondering about this for a while now. Was this ever explicitly stated? It's sorta implied, but I don't recall reading anything like that.

Monobunny File #2 --> only a unicorn could have killed Yoko
This case has been such a ride that I don't remember if I've actually said this aloud before, but one theory I've had in the back of my mind for a while is that the one who attacked Yoko initially and the one who actually killed him aren't necessarily the same person. Being as injured as he was and the eventual cause of death being a knife wound to the neck, pretty much anyone could have delivered the finishing blow. That, and my genre-savvy ass saw all these assertions that "only a unicorn could have done it" to mean "it probably wasn't a unicorn who did it". As for who actually did it, well I'm still not sure. But I have a feeling we're gonna be answering that question pretty soon.
Also, further proof that Mesmer is amazing. Dear god, what an exceptional troll. I love him.
