O Shit... of course they get after hobos and Orphanages. Who care for the lost of society after all...
Makes it a logical target for Changelings...

Less of a logical target when it's one of the Princess's favorite side projects, in a society that actually cares about the lost. They'll remember that.
Unless, of course, the whole idea is to take control of the city/country/princesses.

Damn good point. The next chapter will be harsh...
Glad to see this updating again. I'm currently reading something else but this has taken next on the list.

There will certainly be mentions of LGBT+ relationships at the very least.
Personally, I support LGBT so long as both parties are consenting, fully aware adults. It's when children, minors who are easily impressionable and malleable, are brought into it is when I start taking issue. Let them discover themselves without outside interference if it is not explicitly asked for. Let them develop into their own person at their own pace.
Loving this story so far, very few stories do what you're doing as good as you are, and I am eagerly awaiting to read how things go.

Considering that, to this day, heterosexuality and being cisgender is what's forced on people - that sort of propaganda is still everywhere - I don't think revealing information about LGBTQ+ to children is in any way damaging whatsoever. If anything, it would help them discover themselves. It sure would have helped me when I was a kid, and it is only now that I'm discovering who I actually am. And I still have to deal with the consequences of having grown up in a country where a lot of people wouldn't bat an eye if someone killed someone who's LGBTQ+ for no other reason than being that way.
