Keeping the balance between the main character and the being they are posing at is not as easy as one may think while at the same time making the character unique while (I'm using that word a lot) not making that character appear out of place, at least if said character did not experience something the original did not, is quiet hard. As someone who has been writing for a mere two years I can say that even now I'm not that good at it while my first attempts could be considered eye melting. Power fantasies and self insert are what a lot of writers start with, but stay for a good story, it is easy and many casual readers will find enjoyment. I haven't this read story yet, but this question I have many times, but even if the character is op compared to the normal pony, all that is needed is a villain more powerful, you just have to be careful not to make him perfect in every way.

Power fantasy doesn't automatically make a protagonist good.

Neither does making them unbeatable so there's no stakes. You want a good protagonist? Give them some fucking agency. Oh wait, you can't because Displaced is a genre that actively takes away agency and thus leads to lazy, samey writing.

I could go on for another hour, breaking down every single thing Displaced does horribly, but I don't want to. Because I have my own power fantasy to write, and unlike Displaced, I A. Finished the damn thing and B. Gave the protagonist some form of personality because they're a human and not some actual fucking deity.

Isekai as a whole is sort of my thing and it's just better than Displaced because you're not forced into this one very specific niche.

Honestly? I didn't get more than a paragraph or two before the whole "I'm invincible you can't hurt me" thing just putting me off. I get seraphim is a Meta level being but starting out as one and giving him no character and adding no comedy or anything to keep us along makes this pointless.

This would have been 1 Trillion times better if he either only did that with power lottery rules for OP powers. Otherwise outside of that form, he is normal sans.

OR He has to be the villain cuz his displacer is an asshole and puts him in a contract he can't get out of without others' help. Maybe slowly corrupt him and have us see the little signs of his changes. His trains of thought becoming more dark and cruel.

Maybe have the author make other MLP characters as threats whether they are OCs or not. Maybe have the author think of other displaced to threaten their world from another displacer (displaced made by this author since most displaced crossovers just don't fit into the story other than to make the op BS worse with MacGuffins and completely derailing the story for the whole chapter). Either way. This could have been a lot better than making a living embodiment of the meme: "You can't just do/be ______! with the response: Haha Displaced powers go brrrrrrrt!"

Um....I expected a far more better style of writing and not a 3:00 in the morning lets write my first fanfic. Wow was this a disappointment. Especially since Seraphim Sans is one of my favorite San's.

This was a awesome and majorly interesting beginning I hope the other human souls come into this.
