After the Fall, women are oppressed. Put enough pressure on someone and they will push back, harder than they ever might have before. These are tales of women pushing back.
Being a fan of all things Irish (by influence from my mother) I come pre-loaded with Irish info and know what to research. Most of the insults came from a book of common Irish words and phrases she has. Also, the RGA is not equivalent to the IRA, because of how I structured the world.
The griffins are a kind of pan-historical British Isles, with a twist. The Irish griffins are hegemonic rulers and have been for centuries. So their symbology, language and culture is most influential.
You can look up Tuatha dé Danann in Wikipedia; it's a fascinating bit of mythohistory. As I confessed, the only BS Irish in there is her unit's name.
More darkly, you can also look up "Kinder, Küche, Kirche" and see that was a real thing as well. I imagine raving fascist misogynists like the caribou would embrace such regressive concepts; they need women to be both whores and domestic slaves. I understand in the canon there are breeding factories. Talk about hideously evil.
The caribou are brutal and stupid; I didn't invent that, the canon says as much. If Fallverse fans have their prissy little feelings offended, then they should complain to the originator that he made their sexual surrogates brutal and stupid.
In the next chapter I give a slight to their technological development, and take a little revenge for a story about Daring Do, as well as deal with one of the major red-collar quislings.
I mean, you the chase and Daing's confrontation with Velvet was just so tense and I felt engaged every moment, and then when Ahuizotl charged in with his cats-that was such an awesome hope moment.
However, what makes it so cool to me is both Ahuizotl's respect with Daring and the culture and world building you have going on with regards to the Aztecs. You build up on both Daring and Ahuizotl's personalities and characters with this, and I loved every second of it.
Er I think you have a typo in your title?
"Women of Bass and Steel"
Either they are fishing or they a musical instrument?
This is a bold experiment. I wish you luck.
Thank you. That's all, just... thank you.
Hot DAMN! I knew Azzie wouldn't let Daring down!
Oh man... I'm BOUNCING now to see more! What's next, what's next?

Well, it's fixed now. Want to make a real comment?
I mean, thank you for the correction but it felt mean-spirited.

It's something that must be done.

Thank you for getting that image. We're all celebrating it on the Post-Fall group (a group that's a bit loophole-abusey but nice.)
I hope this story pleases you.

Just wait and see. You should be impressed.

When will it be ready the next part?
I like your story.

Next week. I hope. This week I have a new chapter of The Avatars.
Sometimes, it just goes to show that even evil has standards...
This chapter was just so cool.
