Hm. It rests on the premise that he does have a strange effect on him, and that he's been thinking about Twilight for a good while now. But yeah, once you accept that premise - and assume "life goes on" implying events were happening before the narrative - it's believable, as fiction goes.
Heh. You know, I'm not swimming in pussy by any stretch of the imagination, but I've considered what I might do if placed in such a situation, once or twice. Same with immortality, mind control powers and other such assorted shit. And I've come to the conclusion that, while it would possibly be quite entertaining for the first few hundred years - I'd eventually grow bored of the intensity and find other pursuits, perhaps to the point of finding the situation bothersome down the road. So yeah, I can certainly see him wanting to settle down with Twilight (part that, and part the fact that I find the idea of Twilight appealing on its own).
Though, from what I can see in chapter titles, there's going to be general scumbaggery later on, so... well, let's see where this goes, eh? Thankfully I'm not too attached to monogamy, maybe that's why I don't have huge issues with the characterization or the plot setup.
a lot better plot wise and with character depth
4004742 I agree. Overall this is turning into an okay fic, but the profession of love at the end seems a little rushed.
The Sue is strong with this one.
If our guy stops having sex with other mares this relationship MIGHT just work.
4007470 so he's a Gary Stu?
