“How did ya’ll just make ten small bricks with your sword?” “This blade I specially forged to be stronger than steel, and sharper than a piece of hair.” I tell her.
You mean sharp enough to split a piece of hair, don't you?
Chapter 9: The ending shows that Artemis is a broken man with great power that came with a great responsibility. This wasn't the only chapter that shows that he's a broken man with said power & responsibility. I don't mean "Gary Stu" broken, but rather "Emotionally" broken. People who don't bother to look past all the power that Artemis has & see him for how human he is despite all that power are those who don't like Overpowered OCs. I mean, what were people expecting when they looked at the title of this story? I was completely expecting an overpowered OC that would use his power at least somewhat responsibly. Hell, I currently have an overpowered OC in an RP that I've been running for nearly 3 years & she worked for that power. Besides, great heroes start with humble and/or tragic beginnings. Take Superman for an example. He was an alien child whose planet was destroyed, and that is very tragic. Follow that up with his Earth-bound upbringing & you have a great (yet overpowered) hero in Superman

Same thing. the very description of humility in the dictionary: noun • The characteristic of being humble; humbleness in character and behavior.
