3410556 I only use two mods, J.E Sawyer's end-user fix (Seriously fixes a few major bugs, as well as properly balances perks, traits and weapons) and one that allows you to remove weapon mods (which I just use for the benefit of seeing exactly what each weapon mod can do)
3410619 I use those two and Essential Visuals Enhancement, combined they allow you to make stealth either easier or harder, add more weapons, make energy weapons more realistic, remove bullet casings drying up, enhance bullet effects, adds night vision, thermal and another optic sight to the game, though they can mostly only be found on the ridiculously expensive armors. And makes attacking the Boomers a retarded idea.
3410661 It gives them power armor on par with remnants, and also explosives are much more powerful. You feel like going up against a base full of power armor wearing missile launcher totting tribals?
3410529 maybe they still need to work on those pesky wiry decorative wing covers.
But, on a more serious note, I wonder what they might do with 3k caps each. Thomas could get his helmet fixed and the 'ponder looked at.... Buy cheaper items for repairs to his other inventory, yada.
Maybe Moony's share's just enough for a nice shampooey bath and massage after armor repairs?
speaking of Enclave, he might wanna ask Daisy Whitman if the Enclave had kids shows featuring pretty, csrtoonie enclave horsies ^
3410720 They are being given a free room. And although Moonbeam got her hooves on a butt-load of ammo, Thomas has only been chewing through his. Thomas is also gonna need to pay to get all the lead pulled out of him and those holes in his chest plugged.
And that would be creepiest cartoon ever. Seriously, that almost sounds like what North Korea has, except they use furries. (No, seriously, America's army is portrayed as a pack of scavenging wolves or something)
3410737 That's what bugs me about Fallout: Equestria. We're never really given an idea about how old some of the characters are. There's never any indication about how long Homage was running the radio station for before Littlepip showed up.
3411001 Huh. True, pony pants need to be drawn into consideration more often in FoE fan art. (cuz people keep drawing 'em in bottomless armor/outfits) And regardless of outfit, she comes across as fairly attractive at least. (The ammo boxes might shift and bob just ever so slightly with her every step or shift in stance)
And battle saddled ponies are interesting. Very quick unholstering, perhaps less agility, but since they're quadrupeds, still quite mobile.
3411011 Battle-saddles are a power-for-speed arrangement. It's easier to maintain a full gallop if all you need to worry about is a little pistol in your mouth, but with a battle-saddle you have enough firepower to deal with significant threats (usually).
looks like steam gauge... ran out of steam. and the pain train... reached its last station. and those are both horrible and I am horrible for typing them.
Damn! I was wrong about the alicorn thing? but the high number of unicorns doesn't really make sense otherwise.... and pain train didn't really strike me as the preachy sort... so... hmmmm.....red eye like you said is far to obvious.... would have been some form of paperwork and holding pens to keep track of slaves... high ammuntion suggests supply lines... would need fabricator...hmmmm... different organization? couldn't have been scavenged, the whole area would be picked clean... yeah you have me stumped on who they were working fo- WAIT! Steam, the game distributer, gauges measure numbers, steam gauges are attached to valves, three objects means... Half life 3 confirmed. ..........I should be fucking beaten with shovel for that one. in all seriousness, you've got me stumped on who Steam Gauge was working for and I'm looking forward to the wacky antics Thom and Moon shall have in the tower.
This brings up a pretty good point about Battle Saddles- as long as the safety's off, you can start shooting at the drop of a hat. No need to raise your weapon or anything. That's a pretty big advantage over anyone not using one of those things.
That move with taking Steam Gauge's cutie marks was a pretty brilliant way to prove they killed the guy, even if it's not something the Ponies appreciate. Certainly not something us humans have an accurate analogue to.
Speaking of Steam Gauge, he was a pretty interesting fellow for all of the five minutes we knew him. I didn't quite expect him to say "Choo Choo Motherfuckers" but hey, this is the Wasteland. It doesn't have to make sense... although, speaking of making sense, all these Unicorns being here doesn't quite add up. I don't want to jump the gun and say "IT'S THE GODDESS!" but there is most certainly something behind all the horned assholes Thomas and Moonbeam ran into. How this mysterious antagonist will play into Thomas getting back to the proper Wasteland is something only time shall reveal.
3412261 and the pieces all fall into place. Now we can see the irrefutable evidence that the author of this story is none other then... Gordon Freeman.
Hmm. I noticed it earlier, but it's really prominent now. The other Thomas fought three experienced guard captains who had military training and armour which gave them magical regeneration. He beat them with just his fists and then said he'd killed and eaten things that put up a better fight. Steam Gauge really didn't seem like much, but he did far more damage than them.
This version of Thomas seems a lot weaker than his Wayward Courier counterpart. I'm not sure whether to chalk it up to these ponies having guns and those bullet wounds adding up, or if this version of the character is from an earlier point in his timeline.
3412319 I was going for some cultural dissonance there. To Thomas it's simply removing a bit of skin with a distinctive tattoo. To the ponies, it's basically desecrating a corpse and disrespecting a pony in the greatest way possible. And Steam Gauge is a raider. A bit more cultured than most, but definitely on enough chems to kill a brahmin. 3412630 I did say that they had been up the entire night running through a hostile raider base, getting in firefights. Fatigue and injuries would have slowed him down a fair bit. That and the ponies never had any sort of stabby or shooty weaponry against him in WC. Doesn't matter how much of a badass you are if the other guy is a decent shot.
3410196 UNSC Grafton: 1 Griffin airship: 0 3410295 I have that one in my "Gifs and Caption" Bookmarks 3413059 You dont happen to have commented on a story named "A Midsummer Nights Dream"?
3410740 ya now of think of it just now it did bug me on how old is everyone i mean really i know the westland was like 200 yrs when it start after the war, but still even in the story it never show that the world of mlp in this one they find all of it around the world i mean all we know is that the war was over coal but it left me to thinking did they find out how big there planted is or is still unknow to them?
Also i would like to ask they never seen a rile road rilfe before? is this wean the westland start making weapons junk find ever where than make new ones?
3419031 bro I've played fallout NV and 3 I have yet to see another copy of my rail way rifle. Did see a legonary carrying a shishcabob..... (flameing sword) he didn't live very long.
3449200 no i mean like is this when they are just starting out making weapons out of junk.
Becasue i can see peopl using per war guns and all but after sometime they start to broke down so am thinking that they are starting to make new weapons

3410099 So, some one reads Voidrunner
Well, that was a fun read.
3410099 i have that same picture downloaded
and i love the railway rifle its my 8th favorite weapon

3410099 my gusse is red eye hehehehehe that would be fucking awsome
3410407
Please, that's just too predictable. Give me some credit.
3410438
OCs?
3410515
That's sort of a given.
3410438
maybeeeee... The Enclave felt that going Steampunk was in vogue!
3410520
Didn't I say something about an unusually large number of unicorns?
3410277 Then you'd love my railway minigun that shoots exploding railway spikes.
Good chapter, the raider base would've gone so much differently with an anti-material rifle and Project Nevada and the Book of Earache active.
3410556

3410661 It gives them power armor on par with remnants, and also explosives are much more powerful. You feel like going up against a base full of power armor wearing missile launcher totting tribals?
3410663
.... Is that a trick question? Hells the fuck yeah I do.
3410669 Yeah, so did I once, I got so much loot, not as much as Zeta in Fo 3, but a fair amount.
3410529

(ah, and Home-idge's too young to be DJ, rite?)

you mean he didn't pick up ammo to break dow- wait. Tenpwnee Tower needs some place for guns users to break down and hand load bullets...
edit:hur hur, buttload of ammo ^^
edit 2
damn, he sure got the short end, there, compared to his cutesie cuddly companion
No harded fallout Protag can A:Avoid a majorities stake in the universe and B:Be unable to take a hell of a fuckton of punishment
Oh, and given his occasional... remarks, he wouldn't mind her walking in front of him, eh? ;)
3410995
She's wearing pants. And not the shapely, body-tight sort either. We're talking some drab, olive-green heat-absorbing mesh here.

He was working for Gabe Newell.

Actually, a random encounter in FO3 has a wastelander attack you with a Railway Rifle.
