I had completely forgotten to get a cover pic ready for Quantum Gallop when I had the first chapter ready to publish, so I used one of the illustrations as a rather poor placeholder. So, if you've been keeping up with the blog, you'd know that I tried installing the Windows 10 Creator's Update, only for it to fail spectacularly, taking out most of my computer's functionality with it.

Many hours, two failed backups, a long and tedious manual backup, and a system reset using the original install media later...
