Just going by what's been seen of them up until this point: of Quarter's nine agents (not counting Ignition), who would you say you like the most?

Ah, health. You've been a real pain these past few weeks, you know that?
Anyway, while I'm waiting for the artwork I've mentioned previously: a number of times while writing the story, I've gotten the setting's timeline mixed up. I went back over the story and wrote out the key details (and a few minor ones) to make sure I have things in order. Figured I might as well share it.
This timeline is current as of February 2, 2024. Also, WARNING: contains spoilers.
It's twenty past one in the morning as I'm typing this, and I'm having trouble feeling tired. May as well type this out while I'm waiting.
I've worked out what I want to do for M.L.G.'s 2nd Anniversary chapter: instead of writing something of questionable canonicity, I'll be writing something that isn't canon at all (though if you want to imagine them taking place in alternate universes, you're welcome to). What If...
NOTE: If I can't think of who a given character's voice would sound like, then I'll leave that bit of trivia out. Now, then...
Name: Mortar
Species: Male earth pony
Approximate age: Late 40s
Coloration: Grass green coat, tan-gray mane and tail
Cutie Mark: Three bricks with mortar holding them together
Special Talent: Can zero in on anything that looks out of place; typically used in his line of work
I've got a couple things to talk about here. First, a bit of music to set the mood.
"Limefrost Spiral" is a perfect name for a pony.
That is all. >^_^<
...
Well, okay. If you want more, I should have the next chapter up on Friday barring any new assignments at work. I'm thoroughly enjoying working on this one, so I'm writing at a pretty good clip.
Name: Metallium
Species: Dragon
Approximate Age: About a hundred years
Coloration: Reddish-orange overall; eyes and back ridge are both hot pink
Accessories: A light vest made from her own scales, enchanted gauntlets that convert her natural fire into electricity and back again, and goggles for eye protection
Approximate Voice: Ursula from Disney's The Little Mermaid, with the voice altered to sound a bit deeper
As I guessed, life is still throwing whatever it can at me. I'm still under the weather, and after I wrote my last blog, back pain started bringing its own share of distractions with it. I'll be seeing a chiropractor for that later this morning.
I realized recently that I don't think I ever made a profile for Leviathan's navigator. Since she's going to have an increased role in the next chapter, what say we fix that?
Name: I-Like-My-Sugar-With-Coffee-and-Cream. Prefers to be referred to as Coffee-and-Cream, or just Coffee.
Species: Earth pony
Approximate Age: Late twenties
Coloration: Coffee-colored mane and tail, coffee with cream-colored coat, brown eyes
I went back through the first handful of chapters for M.L.G., from the opening up through "Alexandrite", and made some minor edits. Nothing that would impact the plot or anything like that.
Name: Juniper Leaf
Species: Unicorn mare
Approximate Age: Early sixties
Coloration: Coat, mane, tail and eyes in varying shades of green
Cutie Mark: An isotope, with the electrons replaced by leaves
Special Talent: N/A
Accessories/Clothing: A pair of prescription glasses
Approximate voice: I haven't the foggiest on this one, so whomever you want to imagine for a middle-aged character is fine with me.
Name: Bushwhacker, a.k.a. ???
Species: Changeling. Appears as an earth pony stallion by default.
Approximate Age: ???
Coloration (by default as a pony): Auburn coat, dirty blonde mane
Cutie Mark (by default as a pony): A sledgehammer
Accessories: None
Approximate Voice: Bob Newhart, circa 1960. A sample.
The next chapter of M.L.G. will probably be delayed a little bit. There's a scene I have written that's begging to have artwork done of it, and since my skills in that area are lacking... yeah.
Just thought I'd let you know. >^_^<
Next chapter is in progress, but slow-going. In the meantime, I've had this profile ready for a while, so why not?
-----
Name: Calico Driftwood
Species: Kirin
Approximate Age: Mid-twenties
Coloration: Off-white coat, cream-gold mane and tail, dark gray-blue scales
Cutie Mark: N/A
Accessories: A set of saddlebags. Wears a specially-designed hooded cloak for moving about in public.
In M.L.G.'s chapter "All Alone In the Moonlight" (a reference to the song "Memory" from Cats, BTW), there was a sequence where First Quarter's memories were being forcibly downloaded into Hazelnut's brain. It's been ten months since I posted the chapter, and I don't think anyone (or at least anyone who's commented on the story yet ()^_^) has caught on to just how serious Quarter's grudge is against Celestia.
I'll cut-and-paste the relevant passage here for your convenience.
That pretty much summarizes my mental state of the past few days. Constantly tired (half due to not getting enough sleep and half due to my walking regimen), and I can't really think of things I want to write for the story. You know you're having trouble finding things to talk about when your brain fishes for tuna, but ends up with guppies instead.
The title says it all. Enjoy.
Name: Ebony "Eebon" Evening
Species: Female unicorn
Approximate Age: 15 years
Coloration: Black coat, long gray mane and tail. Eyes are orange, and her magic aura is green.
Cutie Mark: Crossed flyswatter and bug spray can
The latest chapter of M.L.G. is going to be delayed by a day or two. There are several reasons for this.
#1: As I've stated previously, I do most of my work on the story at my office. Business has picked up some, which has given me less time to write than I'd hoped.
Name: Gray Ghost
Species: Female pegasus
Approximate Age: Late thirties
Coloration: Light gray coat, black mane and tail, yellow eyes
Cutie Mark: A pair of green-yellow cat's eyes.
Special Talent: Stealth and being able to go places that one would reasonably not expect her to be, much like a cat. This is how she got the drop on Leviathan in their first face-to-face meeting.
I've had a few of my readers tell me in the comments of M.L.G.'s "Trifecta - Part Three" that Gray's backstory wasn't something they saw coming. That actually surprises me. I mean, my opinion of the subject matches Levi's: the whole thing strikes me as somewhat cliche. Was it really that out-of-nowhere for y'all?
