General Description: Calico is a born wanderer, never content to stay in one place. After returning from one of her trips one day, she discovered that her village was in ruins and that the entire population had opted to have themselves Silenced. Unable to stand this change in the status quo, she immediately took off---this time for good. Not long after, a misunderstanding led to Calico stealing a brand new icebox from a Canterlot store, which got the authorities on her case and alerted Cocoa Mocha to her presence. He took note of her potential and accepted her as an agent of his will.
According to Calico, "eating, sleeping and shopping are my joys in life." She's both a heavy eater and a heavy sleeper, and she loves to buy stuff just for the sake of buying stuff. She's never without saddlebags on her person. When she's not doing any of those, she can often be sighted at places like taverns, clubs or athletic events, though she's quick to leave if anypony looks at her too closely. She has an unrequited crush on Ignition, stemming from an incident where he was roped into dancing with her at a Manehattan nightclub.
True to her nature as a kirin, Calico is a kind soul at her core and has a strong sense of justice. However, she has one major flaw: she absolutely hates being called a cow, due to somepony seeing her without her cloak and implying they could be friends from their appearance alone. That, along with any implications that she's anything but average-sized for her species, has the potential to push her into transforming into a Nirik if the offending party persists in pressing that button. She's pretty good at keeping her anger under control, but it's only a matter of time...
