So, I learned something new this weekend. It turns out, if you overdo your carpal tunnel preventative exercises, you will prevent carpal tunnel ... but you can also give yourself tendinitis.
Whoops.
Yeah, so my right arm is nice and comfy in an ace bandage while I type this. It shouldn't get in the way of my writing too much, but let my tale be a cautionary one: you can be too preventative of carpal tunnel, apparently.
Apologies for the delay. My other job scheduled me for several Mondays in a row, and I wasn’t able to get this post done well enough in advance to make the release date. Next week’s post should be done more in advance, however.
There was a post I made here, once, where I brought up the “painted on backdrop.”
With a title like that, I’m sure some of you thought that this was going to be about relationships. Maybe even romance, or even something steamier.
Yeah, no. Sorry. And for that last one, don’t get your hopes up. That’s not what I write (and yet people keep requesting it …).
So, right now, I think I may be able to guess what many of you are thinking, which is, upon looking at the title: Hey, didn’t we just read this like a week or two ago? To which I say, yes, almost.
For those of you who weren’t yet thinking, but now have looked up and noticed the similarities in the title, yes, it’s almost the same topic. In fact, there’s only a single word of difference.

So i realize that my next blog post was supposed to be about wednesday and my hilarious bronycon hijinx. You'll probably still be getting those, don't worry - I have at least part of it typed out. But, since I'm in a rather emotional mood, I figured that I'd interject with something rather different first.
Note that "emotional" doesn't mean "bad emotional," because it isn't. Quite the contrary.
Hey everyone. Apologies for the lateness of this post, but … Well, by now you probably know what’s going on at my end of things. I’ll have a dedicated post on things later this week, but for now, if you’re truly in the dark, there’s a brief summary complete with links in the lead-in to last week’s post.
This summer's gonna be the first time in almost four years where I don't have some form or another of summer classes taking up most of the day, and I'm itching to work on several big projects, which I hope I can also post onto youtube as progress/walkthrough videos.
Only issue I see is that I don't have a job and I finally got my one and only stimulus check. I don't wanna spend too much, and my overly-frugal brain doesn't like prices above $15 on anything lol.
Bit of a shorter post today, as it's Thanksgiving week here in the US and I'm trying to set myself up for a trip to visit the relatives. With that in mind, no time to socialize: let's dive right into it!
So, naming things. This is, as you might guess, a requested topic. And to be honest, I think it's one worth talking about.
So a few months ago I picked up a fantasy book from the library. Pretty good book, actually; it kept me gripped well enough and had me staying up into the early hours of the morning to see how it panned out. But there was something interesting about it that I felt applied to today's topic.
