Terminator: Confusion Chronicles · 8:08pm Jul 29th, 2015

Okay, hello! Yes, yes. This blog is rather late in the day. I've only just got round to getting onto this website! Sorry about that, so...you know how I said I was going to see Pixels? well, I had planned on doing so but instead I decided to go and see the new addition to the Terminator franchise. It was an awesome film, packed with action, action, and action (Even had feels near the end) I felt my heart pumping furiously in some of the scenes. It was so awesome to hear Arnie uttering his

Remember how I said I took photos with a period camera at a Vietnam Reenactment recently? Well...

Only two came out. Apparently, the film didn't progress properly and pretty much all the film was ruined.

Here's the two photos:

Some extra Luna related content. · 6:28pm January 21st

As you may notice, I've published a chapter for Luna's Return Trajectory, and it's not the long promised Apollo 13. Before the pitch forks come out, I assure you that the chapter is progressing, to the tune of about 2500 words so far. This is a bridge, exploring more of the effects of Luna's presence. It didn't feel right, jumping 3 months without any fanfare or examination.

Review: Hail, Caesar! (2016) · 9:35pm Jun 21st, 2016

I can now say, with much pride and satisfaction, to have seen every single feature length film that the Coen Brothers have made.

I finish my dauntless trek through their filmography with this, their seventeenth, and most recent feature, which plays as a laid back, droll self deprecating look at the mighty dream factory that was Hollywood at the very heights of the storied Studio Area.

Review: Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone (2001) · 7:44am Aug 8th, 2015

I feel that, before we go any further, I must make it abundantly clear that I am by no means a Harry Potter fan. When I was a child I held no interest towards it, and now as a young adult, I have managed to find other franchises and fanbases to partake in.

However, since I was of one of the extreme minority that didn't partake in the Harry Potter craze, I felt it was time to finally see what all the damn fuss was about these movies.

I Watched The Lion King Remake · 5:07pm Jul 23rd, 2019

I don't normally go to the cinema. For one, I just find it a bit overwhelming and two, I don't like being part of the hype that normally gives big-name movies an easy profit regardless of how good they actually are. I like to wait until it comes out on DVD and really make them work for their payoff. It's the reason I don't pre-order video games any more.

Review: Koyaanisqatsi (1983) · 6:33pm Aug 20th, 2015

To try to put a film as purely visual as Koyaanisqatsi into words is an incredibly difficult task. This film exists on it's own plain of existence, and within it's own universe, conforming to neither documentary or narrative film, but rather it's own, borderline spiritual and meditative experience wholly unlike any other.

Proving once more he was not to be pigeonholed, Satoshi Kon followed his sweeping epic Millennium Actress with a low-key, whimsical and heartfelt dramedy focusing on three homeless misfits, whom, on Christmas Eve, discover an abandoned baby, which sends the trio on a madcap journey through the backstreets of Tokyo, encountering everything from Yakuza to Latin American migrant workers in a story that not only manages to make you laugh, but also is a deeply heartfelt story of how the trio

Review: Looking for Richard (1996) · 12:09am Jul 1st, 2015

Reviewing a documentary is always a little different from reviewing a normal film, as a normal film has elements such as screenwriting and acting, where's, more often then not, a documentary is raw images combined with facts and narration.
